Extremely limited breakfast. Inside of hotel is smaller and dated. Fine for overnight stays but anything longer I would look elsewhere

We had a flat tire on way to Las Cruces on Sunday and had to stay in Pecos because everything was closed since Sunday. We did not stay at your hotel, but we were looking forward to it. Maybe next year👍. We had to continue on this morning after tire was replaced to Santa Fe. We passed your hotel on highway, looks nice, great location.

The one ice machine for the entire hotel was out. No substitution plan in place. Our room smelled of mildew and the shower was held up with visible brackets.The room was visibly worn out. The desk staff were excellent but it is time for a dramatic refresh of this facility. I could have paid $10 more for a brand new room.

Wonderful experience! All the staff was so nice and welcoming both days that we stayed. The lady serving breakfast was extraordinary and kept checking up on us to make sure we didn't need anything.

The place is good, but outdated. Zero isolation, I can here the door of next opened as my door! They need to improve their cleaning for the rooms. Breakfast is good.

No housekeeping. No soap, no tissue, no shampoo. Trash stacked very high at entrance and in hallways. Room never cleaned. Something’s wrong. Loved the staff. They were very nice. Just never got the items requested.

Had a problem with the AC in the first room, the staff moved us to another room immediately, and went to work correcting the problem with the AC. Second room was quiet, bedding clean, bathroom in good condition, enjoyed the one night we were there. The staff in the morning was just as friendly and helpful as the night staff in helping check out and answering questions. Good customer service. Will re book for our next trip.

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Sofa couch mattress had yellow stain on it though. :/ Breakfast was good. There were good choices, but i think the lady working that area was by herself and really stressed out. Overall, I would stay here again.

Property & staff were excellent. Breakfast left us hungry. Having stayed at the Hilton down the road before we think the Hilton breakfast was better but we could stream our Netflix here at Fairfield & not there. We will be back to Fairfield the next time we come to visit Gma but hope the breakfast improves a little. Thx.
