“Safe place to stay the night.”

It was an OK place to stay, a little more expensive then other places I've stayed for what you are getting in Los Cruces. The pool is outdoors and was filled with a lot of kids, thought that it might be noisy, but once in your room is was quite. The rooms were large and great for a sleeping area, but you wouldn't want to entertain there. Bathrooms were clean, bedding was clean with lots of pillows. Locations was easy to get to but nothing really stands out about this hotel. Didn't need anything from front desk. If you are looking for a safe place to stay that is quite in the rooms, then this would be the place.

“Great! The staff was friendly and competent!”

I found the staff to be great! Everyone was friendly and the staff went the extra mile to reach out and make our staff great. All three mornings, we had a wonderful breakfast. The room was small and it wasn't the most modern in decor, but it was clean and neat. I liked having a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There is an Applebees and McDonalds across the street and a Walmart & Cracker Barrel within a block. It was right off the freeway. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The only problem was the train that went by several times at night. The breakfast was good. Hampton hotels always have great beds. If I have to travel back to Las Cruses New Mexico again, I would stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean room. Will choose Hampton Inn again. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The light in the room was turned on when we arrived. It was a very nice touch.

“Favorable Experience”

From the outside, this hotel looks like many motels. You have to go up steps with your bags to get to your second story room (the top floor) and the outside appearance is unremarkable. Once inside the room, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness, and upkeep of the room. The bed was very comfortable, the Internet access signal was strong, there was a good selection of TV channels, and the breakfast was one of the better included breakfasts I have encountered. One downside was that the desk staff did not know the local businesses and restaurants very well. They were friendly enough and tried to be helpful, but everything they told me about local eateries and stores turned out to be incorrect. Overall, this was a good value and I would stay here without hesitation again.

“Traveling through.”

Not the typical Hampton Inn. Rather a remodel of a 60s motel. Great staff, great breakfast, newspapers as per Hampton standards, but small room was crowded and the pillows were very firm - did not have the usual selection of soft. I expected more for the premium price over the competition.
