Great location. Great beds. Wish the outside signage was a little clearer from the approach road. I had to circle the block a couple times. Also the shower was a cold shower. I think the regulator was set for the shower head when the hot water heater was hotter because the sink got hot.

The hotel was old. Seems like it was another hotel before Marriot took over. The shower was dirty and all doors walking to our room were ajar, which is a safety concern. The bed was comfortable but due to the dirty counter tops and dirty fan and dirty couch i couldn’t get to comfortable

Check in was long, attendant was rude. Checked in at 4:30. Cleaning crew still in hallways and would not move carts so we could pass by with our bags Room was hot, took way too long to cool. Bathroom was not very clean.

The property itself was nice and very clean. However, I got uncomfortable when we arrived and found our room’s door pried open and the window unlocked. Our room was in the ground floor and anyone could’ve walked in. I had to walk around and inspect the room to make sure there was no one hiding. I felt that, instead of just decompressing to rest after a long drive, I had to be hypervigilant because we were traveling with a baby in a city we’re not familiar with.

Room was nice size with kitchenette and walking closet but carpet was not that clean, behind nightstand and beds very dusty. Sofa bed had stains all over same with pillows. In the bathroom shower door very inconvenient, got wet with cold water because shower handle was all the way inside to the right and door opened all the way to the left side. fire alarm turning on at 2 am so noisy. Maybe by accident or whatever happened but was so annoying.

Staff was very friendly and attentive, room was a bit under kept, sofa was dirty with stains, the smell was muggy and unpleasant as soon as we walked in. Carpet in the dining/ kitchen area was damp, I believe this is what is causing the muggy odor.

The phone in the room did not work, so I could not setup a wake up call. I went to the front desk and was assured they would get a wake call to me. No wake up call, they were not sure what to do. WHen showering three large, long black hairs washed up in the shower. I asked where I could find a ice machine, I was told first and third floor. The ice machine had and out of order sign posted shouldn't the front desk be aware of the issue. The breakfast area was dirty. Some of the chafing dishes were visbly spotted, not something I wanted to take food from. The kitchen was rude and really not in a good frame of mind to deal with the public.

Bad experience. Will not be returning or ever recommending this hotel. Check in was delayed because our room was not cleaned and we weren’t the only ones waiting in the lobby for our room. The cleanness was not up to par. Pretty sure there was snot/ blood on bathroom wall, ceiling fan was pretty dirty and the inside refrigerator probably had not seen a rag in some time. All these little things could have been over looked but what sealed the deal for us was that there was no hot water in our room. How could that be… We called maintenance and they came up to our room. He said that he got water in the sink, which was a lie because we tried it after he left and nothing. The pressure for the what would be hot water was little to non existent. Staff said there were no other rooms available so we just had to deal with it. In order to wash up we had to warm water in a disposable coffee cup in the microwave! We left the hotel without a shower and with extreme disappointment. The staff was polite but not helpful at all.
