Everything about Encore/Wynn is better than anything else in Vegas. It is simply like staying at a different city.
Beautiful, clean, not as gaudy as the rest of Sin City, the only hotel that is a reasonably close second place is Bellagio (Built by Steve Wynn).
If you can, spend the extra to stay in the Tower Suites at Encore. On expedia, it wasn't that much more expensive, and includes a separate entrance which is really convenient for quick taxi rides away, and free wifi and a free room service breakfast. Also no extra resort fee, and free use of the gym.
You also get to check in at the much smaller, more comfortable and quiet lobby.
Every single one of the staff that I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. They all ask you how you are doing, and if you are having a good day. They don't hustle you or "upsell" you in the bars and restaurants. They are upfront and polite. They remind me of the old Ritz motto "we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen." I'm pretty sure they copied that principle and went even further with it.
If you have a chance to do the Encore Spa, it is not to be missed. With a massage or other treatment, entrance is free of charge. It is the nicest, most well-appointed spa I have ever visited. The water cycle is amazing: waterfall shower, steam room, sauna, cool water plunge, jacuzzi, then the really cold (70 degree) water plunge. Afterward, I felt like a new person.

Excellent hotel - great room and friendly staff! The breakfast buffet is the BEST on the strip! Le Reve also the BEST show in Vegas! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and can't wait to go back next year!

Overhall had good time in Vegas, loft was wow walking in and seeing facility's available, few issues where you had to ring few times to get loft cleaned butler we had for 1st half was not so friendly, 3rd night came back to room toliet was leaking carpet was wet and room had funny odour,
I ordered room service daily 1st day I received receipt 2nd and third time nothing things were added to bill which I did not know about, until the final day where I had number of Querys having small lunch for 3 people you are looking at 150/300dollars excluding tip in the loft, very pricey food was good some days food was not great,
We went to club downstairs was told we had no priority to the club hakasan totally ignored us, had to walk back to loft to get butler to get us in and concerage to get us in 40min later which was annoying even tho we were staying here,

We had a outstanding view facing the blvd. Very nice hotel. We had breakfast at Morels on the patio which was very nice. Also dined at Sushi Samba which was also outstanding. Very seldom does the General Manager Jeremy Tazo greet you and the service was great. We where treated to a nice happy anniversary treat!!!!!
The only draw back(that was corrected) was that the housekeeping assumes you use item from mini bar. .

We were bothered by the sounds of the train the first night so we requested to be moved to the other side of the building on a higher floor. The staff very happily obliged and handled it all very quickly and efficiently.

The Venetian is a beautiful-high-class hotel. The suites are remarkable, the pools are well designed and the gym is very professionally equipped. The best part though is the shopping area, designed like the real Venice with a great verity of stores. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Vegas this is the one.
