Late availability of the room for daily service was a problem. Two days service was missed.

One of the best hotels in Las Vegas

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It was clean and beautiful, comfortable also.
Cons: Bigger pools and more space outside. More waitresses to serve drinks by the pools.
Location: The location is absolutely perfect, it's near everything.
Really clean, nice corner view in every room. Super comfortable bed. The gym is very nice too and big, and the spa treatments are exquisite (but maybe a little bit too expensive..). The only thing that bothered us during our stay was the pools being so so crowded. For a hotel this big, bigger outsides facilities should be provided and more waitresses (having a drink took us 45 minutes, this is not reasonable when it's 45 degrees outside.). But overall it was an excellent hotel with a good buffet too. By the way, the location is absolute perfection is you plan to walk or visit many places located on The Strip. The shops in Aria are just amazing and the staff is very professional.

Solid place to stay, enjoy our three nights.

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Close to the Strip, awesome restaurants, the in-house show was very entertaining, pool area is very big but the drinks are expensive.
Cons: Might be hard but coming from Canada we aren't used to people smoking everywhere - the casinos are super smoking on the busy nights.
We spoiled ourselves with a massage at the Aria Spa one morning but didn't get the chance to go back and enjoy the perks of the spa, just too much to do.

Amazing hotel, great location, pretty central...

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It was clean, pretty new and ambiance was nice.
Cons: I wasn't particularly impressed that the fridge could not be used for our own supplies ($25 charge) to keep water cold, left overs, etc.
Location: There was a mostly underground path to places as far as the Forum shops (I didn't explore further,) ABC was across the walkway, some trinket stores.
I've been to Vegas a couple times and this hotel was the best. Clean, friendly, open to changes. There was only little whiffs of smoke despite the casino being a smoking one; and non-smoking floors were totally smoke free.

Beautiful Hotel, High Tech, Modern and Clean.

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The employees are amazing. Everyone is helpful, friendly and positive. The place is a work of art. I loved the automatic curtains and lights.
Cons: Increased water pressure. More realistic deposit.
The hotel is beautiful. The people are friendly and helpful and the room has all the modern conveniences. I was a little disappointed at the ultra-high deposit required at check in. It was painful! Don't they know that debit cards have daily limits? The shower was visually beautiful. I had never seen so much glass. The water pressure wasn't so hot though. The trickle that came out of the shower-head had such a low speed that even if the water was scalding hot at your head, it was freezing cold near your feet.
