bad checkout

Posted Sep 19, 2014
The checkout system does not work. I have not received their checkout email of my expense yet. The expense is not clear and I donot know whether they charge more and fulfill their promise.

Amazing Hotel

Posted Sep 18, 2014
Myself and my boyfriend have just returned from a 10 day trip to Las Vegas. I am so pleased that we decided to stay at the Aria hotel. A beautiful hotel that isn't quite as busy as some of the other ones on the strip which I prefer. Even when we experienced a few minor issues, the staff were so helpful and even gave us a meal on the house! I honestly could not recommend this hotel more. Very luxurious and a lovely atmosphere. I also upgraded on arrival to a room with a view which was lovely and well worth the extra. Generally the staff were so helpful and accommodating and for me the location is perfect as it is very slightly set back from the main strip but still in the heart of the action. I will definitely be staying here again when I return.

Nice hotel and good location

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Spent 4 nights for a conference. Clean, friendly staff and good location. Pricy, food and drinks in the room are expensive but the hotel is across from Walgreen's so it's not bad to get water and snacks from there. The buffet is good as well, $21. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel.

Nice pools, nice room except that the curtains don't keep out the light. Overall good experience.

Excellent Hotel and Wonderful staff

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful, Beds are too comfortable….I cannot fault this hotel in any way. Excellent Gym with top of the range weights/machines
Cons: Nothing everything was wonderful
Location: Excellent location to the man in strip and shops
Everything about this hotel is wonderful, i would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of travelling to Vegas. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is amazing. The beds are so comfortable you do not want to get up in the morning! The Todd English pub serves fabulous food and has a lovely atmosphere. I will be staying at this hotel again when we go back next year :0)

Hotel close to strip

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Good choice of restaurants, pool area was large enough even when busy and there was good access to other hotels in MGM Resort
Cons: Some rooms seem to need more maintenance and repairs, remove all worms towels, hotel should not make promises their manager won't let them keep.
Location: Close to the strip with free tram to other hotels including Vdara, Monte Carlo and Bellagio. Crystal shopping centre is also close by.
Good location, restaurants, casino and pool, but the rooms were tired and a bit dated, with several items of chipped furniture. Towels were changed as required but the quality was poor and some were actually holed. In the first room we had there was a hole in the wall around the curtain controls - not exactly 5 star. The reception staff were efficient without always being friendly or helpful. We were told on arrival that normally we would get a complimentary upgrade as we were staying for thirteen nights, but because the hotel was busy we would have to pay - same with a late checkout which we could have until 15:00 free or 18:00 for $130.00 - not because they had no rooms but because they were busy so we would have to pay. Overall, the hotel promised lots but delivered very little

Nice, but.....

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Aria was a very nice property. Our stay, pleasant. But, for the price tag, I have had far larger rooms and just as comparable amenities. It's not that I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but it wouldn't be my first choice when traveling to Vegas when considering value for money. It is definitely well positioned on the Strip.

Dining at the Hotel

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Rooms
Cons: Removed the Javiers out of this hotel
We had a bad experiencxe at the Javiers insiade the ARIA, The hotel did nothing to help and the general manager was far from being helpfull. Fior this reason i would recommend everyone to go elsewhere
