Great hotel right in a middle of a Strip

Posted May 29, 2015
Pros: Nice, clean, real 5-star hotel!!! I would call it best on the Strip! Once you visit it you will be coming back every time you are in Vegas.
It was my 3rd stay in this hotel and it looked like it getting better and better. Great stuff, great view on a Strip, I would recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful Hotel, close to everything

Posted May 29, 2015
Pros: Bed
Cons: tea/coffee facilities
Location: Easy to check out all the other hotels on the strip
Very friendly staff. Amazing location. The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that there was no tea/coffee in the room.

Customer service we received at restaurants, bars, and a pastry shop were awful. No smile, hospitality, and appreciation. I would only recommend utilizing their spa.

Beautiful hotel and good location on the Strip

Posted May 28, 2015
This hotel is very modern and elegant, with very friendly and accommodating staff all around. We were on the 35th floor with floor to ceiling window with a fabulous view. It is in a great location on the strip. Restaurants are very pricey so we didn't eat there. Also, no coffee pot in the room! There were a few places for coffee to go in the hotel and also a Starbucks.

The staff was great! I loved the hotel. There is a resort daily fee that gets added on but other than that everything was great

Great Hotel with Excellent Strip location

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: - Dining - Clean Gambling area - Clean rooms - Great room amenities - Awesome pool area - Friendly staff
Cons: - Lower minimum tables (I don't see this happening though) - Faster service in some dining areas (refills took a while at buffet and café)
Location: Perfect spot on the strip. It is adjacent to a large luxury mall (owned by Aria). Close to many other casinos (walking distance), monorail to some.
Everything went flawlessly. Check-in went smooth, staff were very friendly and accommodating. When it came time to leave they printed my boarding passes for me free of charge. They also let me check my luggage for the day I checked out until it was time to head to the airport, and let us cut the taxi line after quickly retrieving our bags. Pool area was great, 3 large hottubs, 2 large pools, lots of seating/lounging space, a nice bar, small area with stuff for sale (sun screen, sunglasses, sandals, etc.), and there was a club (which I didn't use). Dining was superb, although pricy. The food was at least usually worth the cost, some very good food from everywhere we went (Buffet, Mexican restaurant, café, fine dining establishment in lobby area). I was not at all disappointed in that department. Tables and gambling area were very clean, and many tables were non-smoking (pro/con depending on your lifestyle). The only problem was the minimums were pretty high, usually $25 blackjack (although it was down to $15 at one point). Free drinks at the tables were good, good beer selection, and cocktails were good. Just don't forget the drinks aren't free if your losing! Lots of little stores in the hotel, perfect for spending money you've won. Also convenient if you just want a cheap snack or souvenir. In summary I've stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas before and I would say this place has my vote between the two. Great place to stay.
