The hotel is right behind the HardRock but close enough to the strip and stores.

More than an hour to check inPosted May 8, 2015
Cons: reservation system. Room hall ways, exterior of rooms.
More than an hour to check in, staff could not locate our reservation. They don't believe we reserved with Expedia. After an hour, they checked us in with the credit card on file in case if reservation is available. night at 12:30am, staff calls to my room asking me to follow up with Expedia on this reservation. Expedia calls hotel staff, no one response. I called from airport to confirm about late check in, no one picks up phone. rooms remind me of a motel. Lot more to complain. Overall, I would not stay there and I would not recommend.

Bad customer servicePosted Apr 27, 2015
To be told they don't have rooms for all the guess , if I wanted to have more then 2 people in each room I would have to pay more , her attitude towards the guess were poor ,when I said my itinery specifically said how many were in each room then she said that I booked on some cheap site and I would have to pay more , we went back and forth , finally she gave us our rooms but it was at opposite ends instead of being close by , the sheets look dirty , the tissue in the box were all stuffed in like someone pulled it out and stuffed it all back , the 1st night the water in the shower was Luke warm ,I call the water then was hotter the next day same thing no hot water, what kind of hotel is this ? Would not stay here again, there was nothing good I could say about this hotel.

Decent hotelPosted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: Decent value for the money. Clean.
Cons: Has overall worn appearance. Beds were older and squeaked.
Location: Just a few blocks off the Vegas strip.
Hotel was a decent value for the money. Somewhat worn & out of date. Had to drag luggage up stairs. No elevator. Those who can't handle suitcases up stairs need to ask for bottom floor. All doors open outside.
