Not on the strip hotel

Posted Mar 19, 2015
It's a bit old fashioned style hotel, the accommodation is in the adjacent building all have communal balconies so you can leave door open for fresh air old style Tv. ,! Linen is changed daily and the water was always hot. You do need a car if staying here, you could get a bus up to the strip it would likly take well over hour and half, access is good with car the free way is only 1/2 mile , buffet was ok , 24 hour bingo. Great if you can't. Sleep

Cheap hotel

Wasn't a big fan i felt extremely itchy from being in it. The elevator made funky noises and carpets are nasty!

This makes several experiences staying at Arizona Charlies when visiting Las Vegas. It is usually our first choice for location, convenience, and reasonable price.

Close to the strip.

I got a good price for the hotel, especially on a weekend. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 in the morning and I was still sleeping and shouted out, "No!" They continued on to the next room. I left my room at around 10:30 in the morning, put the sign on my door that my room needed to be cleaned. I came back around 5:00 and the bed was still unmade, the towels were on the floor. They never came back to clean the room, so that was the one thing I really did not like.

The staff was excellent and cleaned well. The buffet was fantastic. I would stay again for the price. And it is close to everything. I like that the hotel had security with BIG guns.

Nice Place

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: Good food priced reasonable and apartment like atmosphere which was quiet. Had safety deposit box at cashier open 24 hours to put valuable there.
Cons: They should have the pool heated during winter months.
Location: Good location. Walking distance to Sams Town, Boulder Highway, Walgreens, and many extended stay facilities which I looked into for next year stay.
Comfortable room and bed. Clean and quiet. Good location on Boulder Hwy. Within walking distance to other casinos. Good food at Arizona Charlies.

It's a hotel

Pros: Close to the event I was attending; the staff were nice overall.
Cons: My looked like the facilities had not been updated since the 70's. Poor lighting. No coffee maker. Charged for Internet & asked for security deposit.
Location: Not too far from the Vegas Strip
Stayed one night during February 2015. Granted it was a place where one could put their head down for the night as well as get something to eat and take a shower but I will be trying a different place to stay during my next visit. Good sized casino but I had to do some looking to find a spot that did not bear down with the odor of cigarette smoke. Covered parking which is vital during the summers in Las Vegas!
