First time in Vegas

Posted Nov 10, 2014
The pros: price was OK, parking available, Walmart right down the road. 20% off at IHOP next door The Cons: room had a distinct bad smell which took a few minutes to get used to. It was like someone smoked in there before and it was not aired out. This hotel is not close to the strip. 5 miles by car or so.

Location: the strip in just 10 minutes easy freeway access. also were only 10 minutes from the speedway track. Good location for the $
Outside being remodeled so our disappointment was forgiven. The interior of the room was remodeled and lovely. Our biggest disappointment was the very, I mean very hard mattress. We left with backaches. If you like a hard bed you'll love it. Good luck to the new owners you are doing a good job and I would recommend your place.

We booked last minute, and needed a budget room...

Posted Nov 7, 2014
Pros: value...very inexpensive
Cons: renovations will be good...dated furnishings and worn.
Location: near AFB and north end of las vegas, not far from race track
overall, better than expected...it is in need of some renovations, but I understand they are starting those now (under new ownership)...My biggest concern was cleanliness and comfort, and the rooms were clean...the beds a bit firm, but overall I was pleased.

Room 123

Posted Nov 6, 2014
Pros: New paint
Cons: Bedspread thread bear and grimy on the underside. Microwave didn't work and mold growing in the fridge.
Location: Close to racetrack and Nellis AFB
New paint. Furniture looked new. Bed hard as a rock and sinks in the middle. Like sleeping on a hillside. Price is acceptable and if you are just looking for a place to rest your head it is fine. Staff says mattresses are being replaced. Close to race track and IHOP next door. No breakfast served.

Friendly staff.

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: The staff, and the location.
Cons: Our neighbors adjacent to our suite were rather noisy during the wee hours, so some additional sound proofing in the walls would be a welcome change.
Location: LVMS, and several casinos and movie theater complexes.
This hotel is ideally located for anyone heading for a day at the LVMS, which is only a short 5 minute drive away. It is also conveniently located near a Wal Mart for those easily forgotten items, as well as multiple dining venues.

Very competitive

It was very nice stay. There is mini-refrigerator and microwave in the room. Wal Mart is very close. One can be totally independent on restaurants and have anything kind of delicious food and cold water at hand. TV service is free. Wi Fi is free and works just excellent. It is close to Las Vegas Blvd and it means that within 15 minutes on the car you can be in the beautiful center of Las Vegas. Attitude to clients is very personal. Prices are every attractive. Highly recommended

Worst hotel of my life

Posted Jul 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Dirty, no lighting in room, staff was rude and would not provide copies of signed documents and were not clear on the charges. Things were broken all over the inside of the room (cabinet doors/drawers), not to mention a shady neighborhood. I expected a lot more. For what I paid I could have stayed at the Venetian.

Horrible Experience

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Hotel was over booked. They tried to give us a room that needed massive cleaning. While were there trying to confirm the reservation two other hotel guests came in and said that the rooms for either broken or really dirty. I would not stay there.
