No customer service at all.

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: It took 4 hours just to open my restroom. It took 4 hours just to open my restroom. What a horrible customer service.
Cons: It took 4 hours just to open my restroom. What a horrible customer service.
Location: It took 4 hours just to open my restroom. What a horrible customer service.
When I arrived the restroom was locked. The front didn't answer for 1 hour so I called to concierge desk. I asked them to open it and they said I could receive the service in a moment. But they didn't come for 2 hours. I had no choice but to come down and ask them again. I called and came down again and again for 6 times. It took 4 hours just to open my restroom. What a horrible customer service. I will NEVER stay at this hotel.

great hotel except 1 major flaw

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: cleanliness, staff, comfort, view
Cons: check-in, check-in, check-in
Location: can not beat the location, the center of the strip
very clean room and personnel very helpful; however, when it takes over 2 hours to check in because not enough people at the desk it makes you wonder if it is worth the wait. Almost missed my show because of the long wait

Disappointing

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Bell Captain Staff
Cons: Furnishing and decor
Location: On the strip, but not easily accessed from the strip.
Long lines for check in. Check in understaffed and lacked customer service skills. We could feel the springs in our mattress.

Business trip in Ballys

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms. Location to Monorail. Easy access to Paris when I wanted to go there.
Cons: The line up for Nosh was always too long, especially at breakfast. More staff on at these times to help speed things up would help.
Location: I went to the LINQ and this was right next to Ballys. This was a really nice experience, so different from the strip.
I was in Vegas for a Trade Show, and stayed at Ballys because of the easy access to the Monorail. I stayed in the new wing of the hotel and the room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. When I checked in the lady at the desk told me that the room could be a little noisy as it was close to the elevators, and gave me the option of moving rooms, I decided to stay where I was. I stayed in the room for three days and I have to say, I could barely hear the elevators. If anyone complains about that level of noise then they must be part Bat. It was an enjoyable stay, and I would use Ballys again.

Great location.

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Clean and great location.
Cons: Better check-in, less "resort fees" and more concern for seniors.
Location: On the strip, needless to say more.
Check-in took for ever. Resort fees are too much and wifi is flaky. 2 rooms had coffee machine 1 did not. Seniors were given rooms at the end of the hallway having them walk a long way from elevators.

Best place to stay in Vegas if you want to be at the center of the strip at an affordable price. The rooms are great.

Location is the best thing about Bally's

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Liked the location and the casino.
Cons: Rooms need updating and deep cleaning.
Location: The location is the best thing about Bally's. It is centrally located and near (by Las Vegas standards) a lot of other hotels and restaurants.
The casino was very nice -- less crowded than some. The sports book is weirdly located far from the rest of the casino. Nice that there is a keno lounge, which some casinos have done away with. The pool was about the double the size of a regular hotel pool, nothing special. One of our two rooms was not ready until after 7:00 p.m. (they did comp the $12/day "Resort Fee" to make up for this). Rooms, although spacious, were a bit shabby and worn with dust on the air conditioning vents, stains on the somewhat worn carpeting, and peeling paint on wood surfaces of bathrooms. Location was fabulous-right on a main corner of the strip. Anywhere in Las Vegas is a long walk to anywhere else, so in spite of that, Bally's is in a nice, central spot.

one of the two bartenders at the blue pool bar refused to give me a glass of tap water because he said They only serve water to people who buy other drinks, he showed me a warm public fountain where i could drink water from . It was 40 degrees C. , i found it was cheap and poor customer service . that guy had lost all sense of civilization . That happened july 24 2015.

Pros: Bathroom
Cons: The room carpet and cleanliness.
Location: This is my 4th time visiting Vegas. My first time staying at Bally's, not good. My Vegas experience, is always fantastic overall.
Customer service front desk(2), a little disrespectful, constantly laughed/gestures, and did not clearly understand what I requested. The room carpet, very dirty and soiled, need replacing. The room a little dusty and dirty. Nice bathroom, and cusomer service challenged what my wife and I, purchased thru Expedia.Valet parking, very professional! The workout facilty, very clean and the food at Bally's foodcourt, great!
