It's an ok hotel

We had a problem with the room key and it took a few minutes to get it fixed. The staff was ok but wished after a long flight everything would of been smooth.

Disappointed

Pros: Nice size rooms.
The hotel clerk did not give us all the amenities we requested when we made our reservations. It was my mom's 80th birthday and she wanted a refrigerator in her room (she didn't get it). We were told we could get adjoining rooms, both with two queen beds. They don't exist at Bally's. We were very disappointed!

Quality hotel close to the middle of The Strip

Our stay at Bally's was excellent. All staff was polite and courteous, the features of the hotel were fun and convenient, and it is located in a prime position on The Strip.

Location: Nearby to other hotels for walking and eating.
Generally, a decent place. Lacking in some things for me, though, that would make me choose another hotel the next time. No refrigerator. Internet access confined to room (yes, it works elsewhere, but you'll get charged---and they're not too clear beforehand about doing that.) I see no reason paying guests can't have pw protected access. Not much eating establishments. Could hear neighbor above using shower and next door going to bathroom. ugh. On the plus side, room was cleaned everyday and bed was comfortable. All the staff were friendly. Oh, yes: the casino machines must all be defective because I didn't win anything. :)

The only good thing about Ballys is the location. Otherwise it is an outdated hotel in desparate need of a renovation. The rooms are dingy and dirty not through the cleaning staff not doing their best but through years of overuse without any updating. Smoke permeates the entire hotel. Non-smoking rooms are irrelevant as even their walls are stained with nicotine. If you want any semblance of fresh air, light, or freshness dont stay here. The staff do their best but the facility is terrible. Not worth any savings you may make on price.

older, more smoky casino, but nice amenities. Would have been much nicer to have a small fridge and microwave in the room too.

Bally's stay

Trouble with check in. Expedia had my last name incorrect. Room was nice and large but outdated. Pool was nice.
