Please be aware when traveling you will get a "convenient" text to check-in with a link to have a easy no wait line entry. If you click that before you arrive and your plane gets laid over and you cannot make it, they will not give you your money back nor a comp. If you dispute with your cc, they provide your credit card the time you clicked check-in even if it was days before. So $2500 lost. Yes, I purchased travel insurance, a no-go.

I tried to use one word phase to replace dirty and I could not do it. It is not dirty, however it was messy. When I entered the room and noticed the trash can was located almost in the middle of room. When I entered the bathroom and noticed one small towel was on the floor.

Hotel and room quality wasn’t good compared to the price but great location, walkable to many places. We had a terrible first night ( loud next room until 6:00am ) but next day concierge was really helpful and voided the resort fee for us.

Very clean hotel, helpful staff. Honestly, most of the hotels on the strip seem to offer the same things, so I couldn’t find anything particularly unique to the Bellagio, but it was a nice stay.

Kiera in MGM rewards desk was beyond outstanding. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and familiar. Boosted this stay to another level of excellence. Our only negative comment would be the shower pressure in our room (22634) left some to be desired.
