Nice hotel, location

Room a bit loud from outside pool parties and other parties. Other than that, all was well.

I love the Bellagio, however the grandeur is somewhat faded and the staff do not help to create a luxurious experience. Check-in wait times are horrendous.

Awesome pool and hot tubs. Friendly and helpful

Went to cypress pool section. Had to pay 50 extra but no kids, wait staff brings fruit, smoothies, cold towels, pillows, full dining pool side. Also option to get poolside foot rub. Hotel smells and feels cleanest on strip.

Construction Congestion

Posted May 28, 2015
Pros: Location, fountain.
Cons: Room location - get a room not overlooking the parking lot. Coffee in rooms; I know they get more $$ by not adding coffee pots, but it is a negative.
Location: Near a Walgreens Drive 45 minutes to the Valley of Fire out I-15. Awesome experience!!
We enjoyed the hotel on a whole. The pool area was nice - lots of chairs and areas to lay. We had a standard room with a king bed, soaking tub and separate shower, but we overlooked the parking area and garbage dumpsters, which was a bit noisy (we were on the 7th floor) so if you looked pass the parking area, you have a nice view of the strip. The doorknob on the bathroom was falling off, so it is showing wear. They were changing their garden display over from the Spring to Summer display and it was suppose to have been done the weekend prior to Memorial weekend, but it wasn't finished until the day before we left, so there was roped off areas in the corridors around it, making congestion and noise from the check-in area to the rooms and shops. No coffee in the room, is true. We brought an immersible water heater and some Starbucks vias and heated our water to make coffee in our rooms. Otherwise, it was $4 a cup after a walk and a wait in line. Check in was very fast and pleasant, as was check-out. We had a late flight, so the bags were held in a secure place for us until we were ready for our shuttle. We were then able to lay by the pool or do whatever we wanted until time to depart. The Bellagio is conveniently located on the strip to a Walgreens - easy to get inexpensive food for breakfast and snacks. Overall, a nice hotel, but we will stay at another hotel next time we visit Vegas. We weren't overly impressed for how expensive things were.

Worst experience of my life.

Posted May 28, 2015
The worst experience ever. The hotel staff were rude and condescending. When we arrived and were checking in, there were approximately 200 people waiting to check in. There were no lines and everyone would cut in front of you. When I brought it to there attention, the reply I received was, some people have precedence. The wait staff at the buffet were very inattentive, had to wait 10 minutes, on 2 separate occassions, for a drink refill

Met the expectations

Posted May 28, 2015
Pros: Quality all around.
Cons: Items in the vending machine was insanely expensive. Lobby area is a little too crowded with tourists.
Location: Convenient access to Crystal and Aria via tram. Cosmopolitan, Paris, and Planet Hollywood (and Miracle Mile mall) are all super close.
This was the first time staying at Bellagio and we had high expectations. I am happy to say that the fountain view room at Bellagio met and exceeded our expectations. Room was very clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. Staff was courteous and prompt in most cases. Tip: Fountain experience from ground vs from above (from the room) - Ground: Sounds make it more dynamic experience. You are closer to the water and will appreciate the scale little more. - Room: You can see better overall picture of the choreographed movements of water. Seriously, it felt like watching a performance by a bunch of dancers. In our case the fountain view room was about 20% extra, but it was well worth it I think. We also received two buffet tickets as part of our deal. I didn't enjoy their buffet when I first tried it years ago, but this time (was holiday special for Memorial Day), it was much better.
