The hotel room was just ok-nothing special. Had to call maintenance for a couple of issues that they fixed. The restaurant Sensi was fabulous!!!! would definitely go back to the Bellagio to eat there.

Great location

Pros: The staff and the food.
Cons: Couldn't get the air conditioner to go lower then 67 degress. The room felt warm. It would also be nice to have benches outside to enjoy the sun.
Location: everything is close by. just start walking.
Spent 4 days at this hotel. All of the staff were friendly. Great food and slots. Pools were fantastic, get there early for great spots. But don't worry if you head down around 2 good spots open up. Unfortunely the air conditioners didn't seem to work as well as other hotels I have stayed in while in Vegas. Couldn't set it lower then 65 degrees. The room seemed stuffy and warm. Would have liked to just sit outside and enjoy the fountains on a bench. However there is nothing around outside.

the first day i checked in this hotel's room, we found a flyer inside the room, reported to the staff then the second day found 2 more flying around the room, the finally my wife got scare and we returned the room one day early, hope that you guy return the difference !! Thanks..

Mostly nice stay

Pros: The rooms were nice, and we did encounter some people who were very helpful and courteous and understanding of our situation.
Cons: Have a separate taxi line for those who need to get to the airport. We were overcharged by using a town car instead, for fear of missing our flight.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shops nearby
Overall, I liked the hotel and amenities, however, I was not pleased with the increase in prices once we arrived, or the facility fee that was charged every day (for things like Wi-Fi--which was pretty crappy, free printing for boarding passes--which I didn't need, since I can use a mobile app for all that, notary services--again, why would anyone need that, and fitness center use--really? Who exercises in Vegas?) Because I booked my trip so far out, I was not expecting that the prices for lounge chairs and cabanas would almost double, making them completely ridiculously priced. We did get the original price honored one day, but not the second, even though chairs remained empty. Apparently, they would rather have empty chairs than people willing to pay original pricing. I felt like my hard-earned money was not as good as some rich person's. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Best hotel I've stayed in

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of people. I was lucky to have a room to myself (Resort room). Complained about my first room on level 16 as the view was terrible (tops of low buildings/car park). Staff moved me without an issue and got a lovely room with partial views of the fountain and boulevarde. Customer service, room cleaning and the buffet were outstanding. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

we stayed for Five days.We had our room cleaned TWICE.This was after asking numerous times and then demanding some TOILET tissue !!!.NO feedback from various quarters.
