Not worth it unless you're rich

Posted May 5, 2015
Thought I'd try staying at a fancy nice hotel this time (3rd time to Vegas) since I was bringing my mom out to Vegas for her first time. Well we're not rich. Seems like staying here the staff were all rude (with the exception at checkout). I've never had that before in Vegas. For as much as it cost to stay here it's not worth it. Preferably I'd like half my money back to feel I paid to match the value of service. If you want to have a good time and not pay outrageous amounts for everything go to another hotel on the strip.

Fountain View spoiled by Dirty Windows!

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: Location, comfort, cleanliness
Cons: You already know
Location: It's in the centre of Las Vegas - what else can I say?
Title says it all really - everything else was absolutely fine....

Great location and wonderful staff

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: The staff are excellent, helpful and cheery.
Cons: The problem of the birds flying about is horrifying for me.
Location: Best location on the Strip and easy to find our way around the casino etc. Great access to activities across the strip.
Although we asked for a room not too far from the elevators, we could not have been farther..the spa tower elevator. We were asked if we wanted a spa suite or a tower suite, but we didn't know the differences, so I repeated, something not too far from elevators,,,I guess the clerk saw that the room was close, but the elevators are so far from everything. My husband is 86 years old, I am 78, so it was a chore to retrieve things from our room, once we were in the hotel lobby. Another huge problem for me is the presence of birds caught in the conservatory, and unable to get out. It was horrifying for me to walk close to the conservatory, let alone enter it, and even walking down the long corridors was a wful. Is there not something that could be done to get the poor birds out?! We passed this way regularly to get to our remote elevators...too much for me ! I can't see going there again, we go to Vegas yearly and always look forward to going, we have stayed in many hotels and the Bellagio is the best situated for us on the Strip, sorry that the inside activities are so difficult for me. Great Buffett!

Beautiful, modern, clean with professional staff.

Definitely five star, modern and stylish but with an old world feel. Pool area is beautiful and the purpose built amphitheater for the cirque de soleil show O is very special.

宿泊して後悔はしないホテル

Posted May 5, 2015

The hotel room was just ok-nothing special. Had to call maintenance for a couple of issues that they fixed. The restaurant Sensi was fabulous!!!! would definitely go back to the Bellagio to eat there.

Great location

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: The staff and the food.
Cons: Couldn't get the air conditioner to go lower then 67 degress. The room felt warm. It would also be nice to have benches outside to enjoy the sun.
Location: everything is close by. just start walking.
Spent 4 days at this hotel. All of the staff were friendly. Great food and slots. Pools were fantastic, get there early for great spots. But don't worry if you head down around 2 good spots open up. Unfortunely the air conditioners didn't seem to work as well as other hotels I have stayed in while in Vegas. Couldn't set it lower then 65 degrees. The room seemed stuffy and warm. Would have liked to just sit outside and enjoy the fountains on a bench. However there is nothing around outside.

Mostly nice stay

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: The rooms were nice, and we did encounter some people who were very helpful and courteous and understanding of our situation.
Cons: Have a separate taxi line for those who need to get to the airport. We were overcharged by using a town car instead, for fear of missing our flight.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shops nearby
Overall, I liked the hotel and amenities, however, I was not pleased with the increase in prices once we arrived, or the facility fee that was charged every day (for things like Wi-Fi--which was pretty crappy, free printing for boarding passes--which I didn't need, since I can use a mobile app for all that, notary services--again, why would anyone need that, and fitness center use--really? Who exercises in Vegas?) Because I booked my trip so far out, I was not expecting that the prices for lounge chairs and cabanas would almost double, making them completely ridiculously priced. We did get the original price honored one day, but not the second, even though chairs remained empty. Apparently, they would rather have empty chairs than people willing to pay original pricing. I felt like my hard-earned money was not as good as some rich person's. Not sure if I would stay here again.
