The comfort of your own bedroomPosted Nov 14, 2013
My stay at The North Las Vegas BestWestern was amazing. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get out of it and when I did I could not wait to get back in it again. The view from the room was awesome and the breakfast was even better I can not wait to plan my next trip.

Great HotelPosted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: It was clean and comfortable. But the thing that makes this hotel a hit, is the proffessional staff.
Cons: It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
Location: The location was a little removed from the main activities in Vegas, but that was not an issue for me.
I was very pleased with this facility. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I will continue to book it when I go through Vegas.

Quiet, clean, and comfortablePosted Sep 21, 2013
Pros: Convenient to freeway, clean and quiet, good value.
We booked this through Expedia based on others reviews and weren't disappointed. The room was exceptionally large with a small living room area and king size bed. Very nicely appointed. Only sad we were only there one night. The only tricky thing is finding it off the freeway. You have to cross under Craig on the access road by lots of industrial bldgs. Nice breakfast too with lots of choices including waffles.

Weird surrounding area; bad check in.Posted Sep 19, 2013
Cons: Check in.
Location: Not much around there.
The hotel was located more in an industrial area so it was pretty abandoned. When I arrived, there was someone wanting to get into another person's room but thankfully the front desk person would not let him. We arrived early in the morning (around 1 AM) so it was pretty quiet. The hotel front desk person said our room was almost cancelled even though I had called that day to guarantee a late checkin. Not sure what I would have done if he had cancelled. He had a hard time with my card and kept swiping it. Even though there was no charge put on the card each time he swiped, there was a hold on the card. I had to get them to fax something to my bank to get the "holds" taken off my card.

couldn't find a way to get to the hotel entrancePosted Sep 16, 2013
Cons: beter directions on how to reach the hotel enterance
Location: The hotel is locate in a semi industrial area. Road aren't clearly marked. A big sign would help
We could see the hotel from the back side but didn't know how to get to it. We circled the neighborhood but couldn't find a way in. We even called the hotel to ask how we get in. They did not give us adequate information to arrive at the hotel. After driving several miles around the neighborood we finally saw a sign that said to cross Craig St. and keep right, thats when we found our way in

Unexpected distance from where I was planningPosted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Staff willing to try and help out
Location: Absolutely nothing nearby except for In n out.
I had originally made the reservation for the best western closest to the Lake Las Vegas area, however when I arrived there they told me my reservation was for the North Las Vegas best western. I was disappointed since I was hosting an event at Lake Las Vegas on Sunday Sept 8th. The Best Western in north Las Vegas was nearly 45minutes from where I needed to be. The hotel itself was fine, but the staff at neither hotel made any effort to try and help correct the situation even when I asked if I could move my registration to the closer best western.

inaccurate informationPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotels. com booked a smoking room at an all non smoking facility. Add to that the broken exit door and 103 degree heat, made this a very uncomfortable stay.

Clean room, OK price.Posted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: Convenient location for North Las Vegas.
Cons: Sound insulation might help. Also, try to have an area where dog lovers can room and not bother the other customers.
Wanted to stay in North Las Vegas, so the location was good for that purpose. The hotel allows pets, so expect to hear yapping dogs early in the morning. And a train track is literally right across the street, so expect trains to roll by regularly. The side door entrance security feature was broken, so the door was propped open during the day, but not accessible at night.
