Pros: The hotel is clean, well kept and not noisy. It is in an area that is close to shopping and dining. The beds are soft and the rooms are very nice.
Location: Eating and shopping are close and about 20 to 30 min from the strip.
The hotel is in new condition. There is no casino inside so it is not noisy and child friendly. The beds are soft and you get free breakfast in the morning. The location is not far from the strip and there are a lot of food and shopping services very close.

Cons: Staff needs training on the key cards & how to diffuse difficult situations without making the customer angrier.
Upon arrival, the key that should have opened my clean empty room, opened the door instead to someone else's still occupied room. The staff at the desk were flippant about this terrible mistake, and didn't seem worried at all that they had just given me a working key to someone else's occupied room. However, the room I was assigned was clean and comfortable. But I hesitated upon leaving each day, and entering each night, wondering who else would be given a key to my room, and wondered if they would retreat as quickly as I did, or not.

Peeferred alternative for trade showsPosted Apr 18, 2015
If you need to be in Vegas for business and don't much care about the "Vegas experience", this hotel is inexpensive, 15 mins from the strip, clean, close to plenty of quality and affordable restaurants and 5 mins from the airport. It's quiet, safe, has free wifi and breakfast, microwave and fridge in every room. You won't get ripped off with "resort fees", expensive sundries, overpriced restaurants or waken up by drunken partiers screaming in the hallways at 3am :-)

Great Overall, But...Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: Clean Fresh smelling good location...
Cons: Better sound proofing between floors. Lighted Street Sign would make it easier to find at night...
We loved the Hotel, but would only stay on the top floor in the future. Noise from the kids running and jumping above us was like a drum, it was awful Complained 3 times before it finally stopped... Otherwise it was very nice..

Great place for the price, disappointing staffPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: The night auditor, room cleanliness, lobby, modern look, good price.
Cons: The front office staff.
Location: There is a bar/restaurant directly across from the hotel that is much better than it looks. There is also a major street super close with food, etc
I should note, I manage operations for a major hotel management company. Everything at this property was pleasant except for the front office staff. The front office staff were very disappointing, and definitely were the worst part of this lovely property. When we checked in, the 2 staff at the desk (just before 11pm) were monotone and unenthusiastic. They seemed more concerned with making sure they completed the "check-in script" than welcoming us to the property. The following morning, I asked the guy at the desk a question about where something was at breakfast. Instead showing me where it was, he just quickly said, "you need to ask the lady working breakfast." No one else was at the desk. What's "the lady's" name? Where is she? Not one bit accommodating. Another afternoon, I asked the woman at the desk for another key (forgot mine in the room), immediately in a serious tone she asked me, "where's yours?" Does it matter? Caught me off guard. I then told her I was going to get a spoon, before I could move she snarked, "I'll get you one, don't go through my stuff." Sheesh, ok, thanks I guess? She gave me my key and spoon. No thank you, have a nice day, anything else I may help you with? Nothing, very rude and disappointing. However, I did meet one of Night Auditors, he told me worked NA full time, and he was excellent. I asked for some juice, and he showed where it was, asked if we needed anything else, and we even had a nice conversation. He carried this experience for me

Nice hotel. Great price.Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: All of the above. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Location: The hotel is in a nice area that looks to be a place of anticipated growth and development. There wasn't much close to the hotel.
We needed a place at the last minute. Booked this online and arrived about an hour later. The rate was further discounted when we arrived. The front desk people were very friendly, helpful and expedient. The room was very roomy and nicely decorated. It was very clean and comfortable.

Good location and pricePosted Mar 24, 2015
We wanted a modern, clean room with comfortable beds. Ah, the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hearty (not just cinnamon rolls and juice). The price was reasonable. It was easy access and close to our conference.
