Never again

Posted Jul 26, 2015
I booked 5 rooms for a family reunion. The staff were extremely rude, two of the rooms flooded (Roman tower is in serious need of renovation). They moved us to a new tower (Palace) which had better rooms. I have stayed in Vegas 6-7 times in the past ten years, Caesar palace is by far the worst hotel. I highly recommend Venetian, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan or Aria. Stay away from Caesar.

Hotel known as being iconic

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Loads. Rooms description if it's old and datedthen tell us. Beds around the pool were awful. Says it's a non smoking place but everyone smokes. Horrid
Was a nostigic trip. We got married there 20 years ago and had an unbelievable time at Caesars. Alas fast forward the customer experience does not exist. So disappointed. Room was horrid and I was expected to know that a classic room was an old room. Classic rooms in other chains are lovely. Paid for what was called an upgrade but actually most of the other hotels on the strip would have given a far better room. Pool area again disappointing unless ..... You want to pay per day for beds I expect from from should be a top hotel. Was a 2 star experience max. Gutted

Great experience

We were given a room on a high floor and my Mom has a phobia of heights. So we asked if they could change our room to a lower floor and they were able to accommodate us. The bell boys gave us good info and were very nice. The only bummer is they close the pool at 7:00 pm.

Unexpected stay of dreams!

Posted Jul 24, 2015
Me and my friend missed our flight to our own stupidity and booked a last minute room at Caesers, we were obviously a bit stressed and went to Check in. The lovely Duncan upgraded us to a suite to make up for our unfortunate day and made our entire Vegas trip, our unplanned night turned out to be the best night of our trip! His little touch really meant a lot and we felt very special for the evening. The room was great and I fell in love with the shower. I used all three bathrooms, the jet whirlpool bath and shower to make sure we got the most out of it. Although not much time to spend by the pool it was an incredible surrounding, wish we had more time to spend there. We went to the buffet which was just out of this world, for the mass of food the quality is just excellent. I'll leave you with a photo of me having a board meeting at our senators table. Would stay here when we go back!

It's ok

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: beds were very comfortable. Conveniently in the center of the strip.
Cons: Smoke in hallways. Roms were tired. The pool closes at six because the drunks are too dangerous.
It was just ok. The buffet was impressive, but insanely expensive. There is a beautiful scent of magnolias in the foyer but you get drilled by cigar and cigarette smoke in the lobby. The pool is gorgeous, but closes at 6 so the drunks don't kill themselves.

Very nice location and augustus towers

Posted Jul 23, 2015
The hotel is huge but nicely laid out and can handle the volume better than some others. The Augustus towers also made it easy to access the hotel's services. Buffet is much better than others we have been at.

This hotel is all about convenience.

Beautiful modern room. Great view of the Bellagio water Fountains Most restaurants and shops are over priced but absolutely delicious food/drinks. The lengthy lines to check in and out at the front desks were the biggest disappointment. Reception staff were not as pleasant and welcoming as I had expected. I have received much friendlier service at The Venetian.
