Everything was great but you have to pay for your coffee in the room now also I had no hairdryer. It felt like minimum on everything. The elevators were kind of scary rattling. For the price per room and I rented 2 … it was disappointing Have stayed and cheaper places with more amenity and at least free coffee.

Checking in was a nightmare. They tried to charge $65 for early check-in so we waited 4 hours to check-in. I attempted to use Express check-in but their kiosks were all down so the lines for traditional check-in snaked around the lobby. It was ugly - angry people, noisy & not the way you want to start your stay. Then got to the room which felt rundown - chipped furniture, poor water pressure - not what I am used to at Caesar’s.

Check in was great. Front desk clerk was so sweet and helpful. Was unable to check out on the machine and attendant was rude. Starbucks employees don’t know what they’re doing.

We’ve stayed at other Vegas properties, including Bellagio only two weeks ago, and this was by far my favorite. The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Shout out to Tomek and Pablo at the check in counter for going above and beyond in helpfulness! The elevators in the Augustus Tower were prompt and never crowded. Our floor and room were very quiet, despite evidence of other guests around us. The hotel had good options for take out and casual dining. Connecting to The Forum shops was a bonus. All our food was excellent, esp the Bacchanal buffet and The Brasserie for brunch. Would definitely stay here again.

I thought the parking was HORRIBLE. Are Room Key never worked and always caused a traffic jam.There was a weird mirror on one whole side of our bedroom wall but when u went into the living room, Youncan clearly see it is an maintenance access. The room was clean an neat and the Starbucks was near the elevators. Knowone at the elevators checking for room.keys,But at the pool they checked..

Expedia advertised our room as being newly remodeled. It was a disappointment to find that the room was not remodeled, the furniture is the same as it was years ago and was very dated and heavily used. The shower had black something at the bottom edges. There was dust on most all surfaces. The carpet had stains and generally overall the room was well used and dated.

Ceasar Palace is enourmous beautiful and breathtaking. I was speechless most of the time. I felt like I was back in time historical. The pool area was high except I was told it did not have a jacuzzi. That’s the reason I selected to stay at CP. The check in process needs some revamping making customers wait until 4 pm to check in or pay extra bucks for an early check in was disappointing since you were already at the counter to make you go away and come back or…pay now for immediate check in.

I waited 40 minutes in the check in line, only to be told I had been upgraded. I was directed to the Nobu Hotel behind the Caesar statue. When I arrived at Nobu desk, no line. The check in staff asked if I wanted to upgrade to a room with a good view, and I did. They also gave me tickets for free drinks. The room was fine at first. The bed side lamps stopped working, the bathroom sink leaked at the bottom, the toilet ran for 2 hours, the sound and picture were out of sync on the TV, and the view was mostly roof top! I also paid for a late check out. I never got to have a free drink because they were only valid between 3:30 and 4:30 when I was still working. The bed pillows were very thin and would fall into the space between the mattress and the head board. Coffee in the room was not free. Nor was there any water provided. Oh, you could go to the 72 floor (which is really the second floor) at 7 am for coffee, if you don’t have to get across the street to a conference. Very expensive and disappointing stay. The only thing Nobu Hotel has going for it is it’s proximity to the front door!

My stay was absolutely phenomenal, Caesars never disappoints! The bed felt like sleeping on clouds! Dinner at The Palm was delightful and The Vista for our night cap was amazing!

The place is immaculate- my only issue was housekeeping. I only wanted towels and not service and the housekeeper wouldn’t give me towels she said I needed to call housekeeping. Otherwise we had a great time.

It s a beautiful Hotel, But too expensive for the room. Even though we had a fridge , it was full and we couldn't use it. Dietary restrictions limit what one can eat, we couldn't use the fridge,to store our food to eat, you offered to loan a fridge for $20.00 a day. Really? I' m already paying resort fee and not using the pool or the gym.
