Bad Custom Service

Posted May 3, 2015
We paid early check in fee and were told that both rooms were ready. But within first 5 minutes, we found that there were dirty underwear in the draw. I called the front desk, the front desk lady did not seem to care about the situation and did not show any sympathy. I asked to switch rooms, she simply replied that they were all booked and the hotel was full. Considering the fact that there are thousands of rooms in the hotel, and it took less than a second for her to reply which means she did not even search the system, and also the fact the I was asked if I was interested in upgrades 10 minutes ago, I consider that a lie. She did offer to send someone to clean up the room, but she insisted that we need to be in the room because they could not take out anything from the room when we were not in the room, which was another lie. I asked to speak to her manager at that point, she said she could not transfer me since the manager could not take incoming call. She took my number and said the manager will call me. But the callback never happened in my 2 nights stay. Finally we called the housekeeping, the manger did come over but she said she could not do anything except sending someone to clean the room while we were getting food. More bad experience later: we asked to get one more towel but no one comes after 30 minutes. I had to call again to cancel since my room did not have a 'no disturb' tag. no coffee machine and no bottled water.

We would definitely recommend upgrading your room. Loved our room in the palace tower great jacuzzi tub. Buy water and snacks to bring to room . Very expensive if you get what's in the fridge. Great pool recommend renting the bed if you are going to be poolside all day. Loved our stay and will definitely will be only staying at here from now on when we come to vegas

The staff treated us like royalty everyone greeted us and try to ask if everything was okay as we were walking The hallways. It really felt like a Vip experience

Good room but poor service

Posted May 1, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff service
I've ever stayed Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Venetian, the hotel was the worst I've experienced in Las Vegas. At first, there were three moths in my room(17 floor, Palace tower). To make matters worse, they charged penalty fee by $25 because we accidentally moved snacks and beverages that already equipped at the room. Even though we explained that we didn't consume these snacks at all, the staff compelled us to pay the penalty fee.

Ceasars staff were very kind and helpful. The room/hallway needed updating. The carpet was in tough shape. The room and bathroom were clean. We visited a number of hotel casinos and Ceasars had the worst smell of smoke. Others must have better ventilation. Beautiful pool area. Conference space was very nice.

Large hotel right on the Las Vegas strip

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: I was attending a conference that was held in this hotel it was very convenient to take the elevator to the ground floor to the get to the convention.
Location: If Vegas has it, it's close by this hotel.
This hotel is very large (4000 rooms) that has everything you need right in the hotel. Once you arrive you wouldn't need to leave the hotel until you go home if that's what you wanted to do. For some that might be too large a hotel. It is centrally located in the mid part of the famous "Strip" which makes it easy to get to other sights if you want either walking or by taxi/bus. Because there are so many rooms and guests I found it difficult at times to get a chair around the pool for a few hours of lazing about.

Roman Tower is Terribly Dated

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: The Casino, Restaurants and bars are all amazing.
Cons: The Roman Tower is severely dated and needs to be upgraded. Guests would be better off staying at a neighboring hotel such as the Mirage
I booked a room at Caesars in the Roman Tower. The Roman Towner doesn't look like it has been renovated since 1995. The room lacked basic amenities I expect out of a Vegas hotel like a mini-bar or outlets near the desk to plug in my smart phone. A sagging mattress and peeling wall paper under the bathroom sync definitely indicate this tower needs an update. Severely disappointed given the premium experience Caesar's is suppose to represent. Next time I'll re-book at the Mirage next door.
