“Can't wait to go back”
The room and hotel was great, however, internet access was too expensive, and the access available from my cell phone was not well, suggesting that there may have been devices in place to block my cell phone's reception (once I steped outside, the reception and internet on my cell phone drastically improved).
“Wont come back”
Hotel tower we stayed in was so old and in bad need of updating. The carpets in the elevator and hallways were dirty and old. We waited over 15 minutes in a long line to check out. Caesar's staffed two people in the front desk at a time when many business people (like me) had to rush to get to work or to the airport. They didnt seem to care. Wont stay here again.
“LIke Sleeping in a Mall”
I'm kind of weird, perhaps, but this place was just too big for my comfort. The room was great, although there was a banging noise going on the first night I was there. I called Guest Services and they were able to figure it out - perhaps something with the heating/cooling system. Long lines checking in - they should open up more stations to speed it up. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes in line. Great location. Restaurants and bars in the hotel are also on the expensive side. But overall, very well kept and nice people.
“Great location, augustus tower rooms were great”
Love the location as it's the prime strip location, plenty of good restaurants and shopping at ceasars. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and good sized enough toe match some of the other newer hotels. Big windows gave a good view of the strip.
“1st time at Caesars Palace, definate return to this location”
The Caesars Palace is a wonderful hotel. The room was excellent, the only issue was the room was too cold. Dispite trying to adjust the thermostat, it only put out cold air. The rest of the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and nice. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Las Vegas
“Lovely place -”
Our one sink was slow draining...even the water layed in it til it drained..... Also Valet parking was a nightmare on Friday when there was a performer there.
“Not impressed”
Room was dated and old. The carpet was stained and the furniture beaten up. I couldn't even open up all the drawers in the dressers and was limited to only the top drawers. The safe wouldn't work and the deadbolt on the door wouldn't latch. The towels were very thin and not at all fluffy. I had asked housekeeping to take away the roll away bed, which we didn't need after finding out that there was a couch in the room, but they never did. Housekeeping was very late in cleaning the room.
“Awesome hotel”
Excellent!!! It would be nice if they provide microwave and fridge.
“Could have been better”
The price paid for the room is not worth. Could have been better.
“ceasers”
I reserved (and paid for) a suite with quick access to casinos, with automated drapes and tv in the mirror (forum suite). I was given an "upgrade" as my room was not avail (palace suite). My new room was a, s far at the rear of the hotel as possible. Had neither large tv, tv in mirrors or automated drapes. A simple breakfast was 60$ , they forgot forks. It was hard to order or get drinks in the bars or casino, impossible get change, they didn't answer the concierge phone. Frankly, I was looking forward to staying at ceasers. I will never pay to stay there again.
