Best spot on the strip. Top notch facility with great views, huge rooms, and all amenities you could ask for.

We booked an hour before arriving. When we checked in the lady upgraded us just because and we had a great room with cool upgraded features and a more luxurious experience than we'd planned on having considering we drove into town with no plan.

Rude staff

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Cons: They should give us the rooms we reserved for. Staff could be more helpful. We had them switch the name on one room 2x, and was not done.
We arrived to the hotel, and my husband dropped me off hoping that I can check in when he take the kids to park the car. The check in staff told me that they can't do it since the reservation is under my husband's name and only can do it if my husband talk to them, so I got my husband on the phone, and they told me that he had to call them directly. We reserved two non-smoking Augustus room because we wanted the view of the Ballagio fountain, were told that they had no rooms in Augustus tower, and had to put us in the Octavius tower (if we wanted Augustus tower, then it will be smoking room but can potentially move us the next day). We had to wait for my husband before we could check in. We waited in line for quite a while, and the kids were bored after long car ride and don't really have anything to do while they wait, so they took out some origami paper airplane, and was immediately stopped by a staff, Desiree, the kids decided to walk around with their roller backpack in the lobby slowly. Desiree immediately walked over and said that if the kids don't stay still, she was going to call the security. It took a while for us to check in, and my husband had asked them to put one room under my brother's name so if would be easier for them when they need to charge things to the room etc. When my brother showed up and tried to check in, they had problem. We had food/beverage credit, but when my brother tried to put things on his room, he had problem again...

First class hotel right in the heart of the strip

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Clean. High end. Great staff
Cons: Our only bad experience was the wait staff at the restaurant near the front desk.
Location: Perfect location. Close to margarita ville, flamingo, shopping, the linq, and carnival court.
Staff are awesome. Pool is to die for. We stay there every year. Worth the few extra bucks.

Hotel on the strip

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Cons: Refrigerator stuff full of to be paid drinks and snacks resulting in no space for your own.
Great experience as expected with world class hotel. Lucky to free upgrade to junior suite.
