Did not like the 28.00 a day resort fee. Staff at pool could have been more attentive. Overall stay was 8 out of 10. Expected a bit more. Location was perfect close to everything.

Nice place but way too much smoking throughout

Designated non-smoking areas would have made it perfect! Even the room smelled smoky at times. But still a GREAT experience overall!

Absolutely amazing!!

Close to everything on the strip, friendly helpful staff, we were upgraded to a suite which was pretty sweet hehe! I would definitely recommend staying there if you're travelling with a big group of people like we were, just be prepared to pay for everything, this is a splurge not a save establishment!!

The hotel is nice, but not very organized.

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Rooms are very nice and updated.
Cons: The check in process. Waiting 4 hours to get a room after the check in time is not what guests expect.
The hotel facilities are very nice. We got upgraded to the Augustus tower with a very nice view of the Bellagio fountain. The pool is very big and nice as well. What was not great was the check in experience. We got there to check in around 4 and were told our rooms were not ready. They had no idea how long it was going to take for the rooms to be ready so we were told that they would call us when it was. We checked back in about 2.5 hours later but with no luck. After 4 hours, we checked with the front desk again and it was ready. They didn't even call us. They gave us an upgrade, but we would have rather got the rooms we paid for and check in on time, this ruined our plans for the evening.

Everything you would hope for

Pros: I really liked the location as it was so central
This was a last moment booking and we were not let down. Plenty for places to eat, Remember you have to pay the resort fee which adds to the cost of your stay. The shopping mall is magnificent and worth wondering round. The room was large, and of a high standard which you would expect from this sort of resort hotel in Vegas.

Disappointing

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: The best thing about Caesar's was the almond croissants at PAYARD PATISSERIE & BISTRO. We'd go to Caesar's just for the croissants.
Cons: Staff attitudes should be vastly improved. I'm unclear on what's going-on in the background but motivate staff to be excited and engaged.
My wife and I could not wait to finally stay at the "great" Caesar's Palace. Our stay was a huge disappointment from the first moment we arrived. Upon arrival, the front of the hotel was highly disorganized and chaotic. Upon walking to the registration desk, Caesar's has a few people standing around purportedly to ease the check-in process. They were not helpful in any way. When asked a question, 2 of the staffers acted as though we were speaking a foreign language. It was abundantly clear they did not wish to hep us figure out what to do. We've stayed in hotels on several continents and the check-in process at Caesar's was by far the worse we can remember. Entering the casino was quite surprising. The smell of cigarette smoke was very pronounced. We know casinos smell of cigarettes. That is fine. But to this extreme was unusual. Perhaps an air exchanger was broken. Upon entering the elevator, we noticed how dirty the interior elevator doors were. It's clear this hotel gets lots and lots of traffic. It's in dire need of an overhaul. It's age is showing. We wondered why we were so excited to finally stay at Caesar's Palace. Our excitement was not matched by the experience.

Nice hotel. Excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location, Forum Shop, Parking.
I have always wanted to stay at this hotel because it looks so classy and it has the Forum Shop where I usually go multiple times during my stay. The room was good. Nothing special. Nothing classy inside for the price that I paid. Parking is close to the rooms compared to other hotels. I love the environment in this place.
