My wife and I had a nice time but having to pay to print our boarding passes was ridiculous. Seems like price gouging.

Cons: I would love to have free coffee available in the room. It was cheaper to go to Starbucks than pay for the coffee pot in room.
Beautiful view from our room in the Octavius tower. Easy access to main lobby and casino, not the usual "hike" to get back to your room. Great room and great service from hotel staff. Anything we needed they brought right up to us! We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Room was worth every penny!
Cons: To check in, it took more than 30 minutes. I mentioned to the person helping us that they need more people to help them check people in.
Location: Caesar's Palace has everything you need. You don't have to go anywhere else.
First time there and was very impressed! Will not be my last.

Long lines, no hot water

Pros: Clean. Nicely furnished.
Cons: Hot water.
Arrived at 1:00 am to a check-in line that 30+ minutes long. Room was nicely furnished and cleaned, but many of the outlets and consequently one of the TVs wasn't working. Hot water was non-existent. If you started the shower 15 minutes before getting in, it would warm up to lukewarm, but was never hot.

Hidden Costs: Be Aware

I was trying to use WiFi in the room, and realized I had to enter my credit card for the usage. That was fair. I decided to skip Wi-Fi. But when I checked out from the room on last day, they charged me with wifi anyways. I asked why? They said it was mandatory... They don't bother telling customers in the beginning what exactly will be charged? No papers or anything. They just assume that customers will pay the money in Vegas. It's an interesting business model from Caesars Palace. Beware of hidden costs.
