Amazing building, huge gambling areas, great food

Pros: The car parking was very well organised and the concierge facility very helpful
Cons: The weight triggered mini bar is daunting and does not allow any use of the fridge to store personal water/drinks.
Location: Location is excellent near to many restaurants, bars, shopping, high roller sky ride and Bellagios fountains

Pros: The Cheesecake Factory!
Cons: All looking a bit dated and shabby. Have stayed before and had a much better room so they all need to be brought up to that standard
Location: Vegas!
Stay at the Venetian - a much more enjoyable experience!

Birthday Weekend

Check in was the only negative thing, no organization. Otherwise we stayed in the palace towers, nice suite, good size beds, double sink washrooms, fully stocked mini bar which came in handy - it does have sensors which charge the room automatically which we knew about but we didn't mind. Center strip, busy location in the casino, excellent shopping. Lots of dining options, Close to all other strip hotels easy to walk either way. Walk next door to Bellagio and take a tram further down the strip if you want. Would stay again.

Surcharges and Cigarette Smoke

Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Clear notes on surcharges.
Location: Right in the centre of the Strip so, very easy to get around.
On checking in at the hotel I was asked if I would like to purchase a $50 voucher enabling me to purchase drinks in the hotel bars and restaurants by giving my room number. I declined not knowing how much time I would actually be spending around the location. I attempted to log on to the Hotel internet and was directed to a pay site. On checking out of the hotel I was presented with a bill for $200 which was apparantly a resort fee and included free internet and the $50 drinks voucher which I was told that I had to pay for in the beginning. None of this was explained at reception nor mentioned by Expedia, unless of course it was in the very very small print. Also, the room stunk of cigarette smoke and the hotel were unwilling or unable to change for me. Not a pleasant experience.

Maid Service....What Maid Service

Pros: The hotel does have a great selection of restaurants and shops.
Cons: Better service. I politely told the woman at check out of the above complaints. She didn't even offer an apology, and she was rude.
Location: It's Vegas, so there's plenty to do.
The hotel is nice, but the service is a bit disappointing. My kids and I stayed there for three nights recently, and there were a couple of problems. 1) We asked for a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke, and the people in the room next to us were smoking, and the smoke was invading our room. 2) After the first night, the maid service did come that morning while we were touring the Grand Canyon. They left a dirty glass that I suppose they had from someone else's room, because it was never used by us. The next day, the maid service did not come at all, which wasn't a huge deal, except I would've liked some clean towels. 3) I have two boys, so I got paid for Wi-Fi for the room. When I got my bill, they charged me an extra $14.99 each night, because we had three devices logged in. This would not be a big deal, if they had just indicated this somewhere -- maybe it was in the small print of the acceptance page, but who reads all that. If they only allow two device, it should be clearly stated.

Amazing! Beautiful! One of the Best!

We had a wonderful experience at Caesars Palace! We were centrally located so we could get around the strip easily and fast. We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Everything was great!
