Nobu Hotel is NOT Caesar's Palace - it is betterPosted Mar 6, 2014
Cons: Labeling and explanation that Nobu is a separate hotel inside Caesar's Palace should be clear at time of booking.
Location: Very crowded; lots going on. Middle of strip; good if that is your interest. Crowded at night weekends and weekdays.
Nobu Hotel has an identity problem. It is located inside and booked online as part of Caesar's Palace. It is a separate hotel! Registration was a bit hard to find; two computer terminals inside the elevator corridor. Other than that, the stay was excellent! Room was new and furnished with just about every bonus one could imagine. The only thing we did not like was that the refrigerator was packed full of items for purchase. When we removed the soda cans to place some of our own food in the fridge, we were charged. Sensors pick up the removal of each item from the fridge and generate a charge on the room tab. At check-out, the staff was very willing to cancel those erroneous charges, however. Staff were great; check-in and bell service were outstanding. Neat new elevators take you only to your assigned floor. Bed was great; shower was best in Vegas (check the ratings, it is rated best in Vegas!).

Location: Caesar.s palace has a beautiful location with plenty of beautiful shops and shows and the gardens with which my wife fell in love

Superb hotel in the center of the strip.Posted Mar 5, 2014
The Augustus tower in Caesars Palace was a newer building, big size rooms that are not over the casino. Clean and luxurious with a good view of the strip. It is in the center of the strip so it was easy to walk on either side and all attractions were within reach. Highly recommend it.

Non accomodating staffPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: proximity to strip
Cons: Front desk customer service
I arrived an hour early and was told if I wanted the room it was an extra $20 or go stand in line for half an hour at bellcheck. The room was ready so I paid the $20 only to find out on check out I was charged an extra resort fee of $28. In addition I was told for an extra $100 a night I could be upgraded because booking through expedia gives you the lowest category and no view! The person was rude and non accommodating. Also note that while I was checking in a man at the next check in was given his key without having to pay and I enquired and this man had no special prividleges at this hotel!!!!!

Caesars never disappointsPosted Mar 5, 2014
We had been on a week long road trip and wanted to finish our trip off with a couple of nights at Caesars. As usual, they were very accommodating with anything we asked for. This time we especially enjoyed the service at the Concierge of obtaining boarding passes for our flight home. This certainly saved us time at the airport. This was our 3rd time at Caesars and it definitely has always been our first choice. The other draw for us besides overall excellent service is the location....centre strip.

Great location on the stripPosted Mar 5, 2014
Had a wonderful time. Rooms need a little TLC. Had peeling wallpaper in the bath. Disappointed that wifi isn't included in stay. Needs coffee in rooms. Ventilation could be improved. Overall experience was great

Poor experience with staff, disapointed with roomPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: House-keeping staff was great
Cons: Expect your staff to be friendly, and courteous to their guests.
Staff member was rude, did not even explain where room was. We had to find someone to guide us. The room had a water drainage problem, and did not have the view that we expected. I had to call twice to request a room change. The first manager did not return the call as promised, the second person was rude. The room change was better, but I feel that we paid way too much, do to our experience. There was a resort fee and reservation charge that did not relate to us. We had an overall terrible experience with hotel staff.

Small nice refurbished rooms at Caesars Nobu HotelPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Rooms are pretty minimalist, simple zen decor, Nobu food, Payard Desserts.
Cons: Even the best view is not so great and the rooms are small for Vegas standards.
Location: Hotel is at the center of Caesars Palace casino, close to Nobu and other good restaurants, as well as to the Forum shops, walking distance to Bellagio
Fast check-in at small and crowded (2 desk) reception by the elevators, room decor is neutral plain nice minimalist Japanese zen with raw wood accents, pretty small for Vegas standards but comfortable with all amenities and technology but no coffee maker. Even the best view is not a great view, the hotel is at the center of Caesars Palace so it is mainly other Caesars buildings and maximum 25% of the strip, also not very high as the hotel has only about 12 floors. Pretty uneventful, only worth staying with a special room rate. Do not miss dining at Nobu restaurant for a great food experience and Payard for Breakfast.
