Long lines, no hot water

Posted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: Clean. Nicely furnished.
Cons: Hot water.
Arrived at 1:00 am to a check-in line that 30+ minutes long. Room was nicely furnished and cleaned, but many of the outlets and consequently one of the TVs wasn't working. Hot water was non-existent. If you started the shower 15 minutes before getting in, it would warm up to lukewarm, but was never hot.

Hidden Costs: Be Aware

Posted Jan 23, 2015
I was trying to use WiFi in the room, and realized I had to enter my credit card for the usage. That was fair. I decided to skip Wi-Fi. But when I checked out from the room on last day, they charged me with wifi anyways. I asked why? They said it was mandatory... They don't bother telling customers in the beginning what exactly will be charged? No papers or anything. They just assume that customers will pay the money in Vegas. It's an interesting business model from Caesars Palace. Beware of hidden costs.

First night bed sheets made my wife and I itch

Posted Jan 22, 2015
I had to verbally request our be changed they made us itch. Not sure if the sheets were clean when we checked in there were visible particles on the sheets. The photographer did not give me proper change and when I requested change I was called a liar until my wife had them check the video and the photographer gave me my change and apologized On a positive note We loved our stay Cesar Palace have the best Buffet bar none in Vegas. We are Newlywed and once the issue were resolved we loved our stay and would love to come back and will recommend Cesars Palace to everyone around the world

Old, missing basic amenities

Posted Jan 21, 2015
The staff was awesome but I stayed in the Roman tower which was very old. My air didn't work well the first night but after a call to guest services it was fixed. No coffee pot, fridge or microwave in the room. Which was a bummer since it was $15 with fee and tip for coffee from room service. The closest food court was two casinos away and only served lunch/dinner. Cost me $35 for breakfast... The room rate was awesome but also included an additional resort fee which was essentially double the price of the original rate and like mentioned before the food was outrageously expensive. Didn't have a rental car and alone on business I feel like I shouldn't of had to leave the hotel to find decent food at a decent price.

Perfect location, great and clean rooms

Posted Jan 21, 2015
If you just wanna place in vegas to stay at in the center of anything with spacious rooms and great bathrooms stay at caesars. However, I know its not 5 star but having a colleague check something on the computer for a minute while the guest is checking in with the agent...and then "wifi basic" for $28 is too much (compulsory) i didnt use any facility, concierge was like "just go that way and you find the rent a car"...no map, nothing provided Hotel great, staff can do much better...

Caesars Palace

Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: I liked the opulence, and all the cool Forum shops nearby. The valet service was quick.
Cons: The competence and friendliness of the staff was quite uneven - some good experiences, and unfortunately some bad ones.
Location: It is centrally located on the Strip.
I really enjoyed the opulence of the hotel. It was also very large, which was enjoyable at first. But I gradually grew tired of the 10-15 min walk to my Palace room. It was an expensive stay, which I expected. However, it annoyed me that given the prices, they would nickel and dime me, like charging for in-room coffee. I mean, who does that?

Nice Surprise

Posted Jan 21, 2015
This was our first time staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon, check in we received an upgrade to a suite which was unbelievably beautiful. We ordered room service for breakfast, the portions were large and the food was very good. They have made a loyal customer out of us. What a great experience!

Good hotel in the center of the strip

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Location and facilities
Cons: Checkout could be quicker
Location: Good central location. Lots to do.
We had a good experience. Of course Caesars Palace is now an older hotel but it is still a top hotel in the center of the strip
