Family Friendly.Posted Apr 30, 2015
Grea hotel, but staff was not friendly. We went out for a swim and when we tried to use the hot Tub under the waterfall the life guard stated it was closed. I asked for how long and life guard said "a long time". 8 minutes later there were people in the hot tub. I paid my resort fee, I expect fair treatment!

Extremely nice and peacefulPosted Apr 29, 2015
We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Cancun Resort. Upon leaving the registration area, we were called over to the Time Share area in which we politely said No - they responded nicely to our reply. The grounds were wonderful & quiet and the activity calendar was very fun! We will definitely stay again. We found staying here way better than staying on the strip!

AmazingPosted Apr 27, 2015
Great resort, definitely would stay again. Close enough to get to the strip but far enough away for a good family vacation.

Family friendly hotelPosted Apr 20, 2015
Cons: additional parking it took us about 10 min to find parking near our room. The parking lot was at the end of the hotel and the pathway was poorly lit.
Location: about ten min drive time to the strip.
Upon arrival the hotel has a really nice appearance. There are many local places to go and eat around the area. The pool is huge so it never feels to crowded. The rooms are amazing with a separate living space from the bedroom. I would highly recommend it. I loved how my daughter could be in the living room watching her own shows while I could be in the bedroom with mine. I loved having two showers so we weren't in a rush in the morning trying to get ready with just one bathroom.

A disappountmentPosted Apr 18, 2015
The rooms were not what we were expecting. Old and worn. Unlike the rooms they showed us when we toured the resort just a few short months ago. The fitness room is very small safely lacking in equipment and no room to work out. The equipment there was old, and not well maintained.

Nice hotel, but watch out for the hard sellPosted Apr 18, 2015
Cons: Forget the hard sell. If people like your hotel they will stay there again. It is a simple formula. Pushing people results in pushing people away!
Location: Close to the airport
The hotel itself is very nice, with large rooms and everything is provided. Lovely pools as well. The only thing that ruined the experience was on checkout, when there was the hard sell to fork out $90 as part of a future 'deal'. The staff found it very difficult to accept no for answer, and for this reason , I would think twice about staying here again.

Nice place to stay, not to far from the strip.Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: The room was clean and bed comfortable.
Cons: Do not try to push a timeshare presentation on someone when they tell you up front they are not interested.
Location: Stayed here to go to a show at the House of Blues.
The resort was nice, good price. The only thing my husband and I didn't like is the fact you have to get a welcome packet after checking in. We were tired, didn't want to sign up for a presentation on the time share. The lady that gave us information was very nice, however we hated to have to tell her so many times that we were just not interested in a timeshare. I know she probably has to hear us say no so many times before giving up, but that was uncomfortable for us. Other than that it is a nice place.

Nice hotel but far from the strip.Posted Apr 18, 2015
It was a nice place but had some kind of time share going on. We were charged a "resort fee" of $20 per night which was not indicated on Expedia.very different from the huge Strip hotels which was very pleasant for us.

A few issues but overall an ok placePosted Apr 17, 2015
We checked and then got an annoying sales pitch to come back. After checking in we realize the only good pool is already closed. We decided to go to the strip since none of resort was appealing. We took kids to the shark reef ate and then went back to room. Bathroom light flickers on and off before coming on. We tried the large jacuzzi tub but the drain stopper allowed the water to drain. We went to sleep and set alarms because we werent allowed to sleep in. We got kicked out at 10am and had to listen to another person trying to sell me garbage on the way out.
