Resort stay

Pros: Offered bagel,fruit and coffe in the morning. Included trip to red rock,Freemont,shuttle to strip and grocery shuttle for free.
Cons: Maybe housekeeping once per week stay.
Location: Off strip but there is a shuttle that runs every hour. There is a drug store,pizza and Denny's close by. There are a few activities that are free.
Front desk friendly and helpful. Room was a good size as well as the pool. We stayed 5 days without any room cleaning. The aircondition was a bit noisy.

Smelled of smoke. The bathroom was nice but when I ran the jets in the tub, it had a disgusting discharge. Bed was large and nice. AC in the room.

Non-smoking rooms in which the previous occupant has smoked are given a thorough deep cleaning. We are sorry the residual smoke was not fully vaporized. Very funky

Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Tear down
Location: Not good neighborhood
Electricity shorted out. Air conditioner was impossible to operate. Very noisy street. Place was run down, on its last legs. Photos are misleading.Didn't feel safe walking to nearby store. Breakfast was terrible.

Staffing

I really enjoyed my stay at the Club. I believe it would be at their advantage to have additional staff at the reception for check in and check out. However, the staff was very quick at attending the long line of guests attempting to either check in or check out.

Birthday Celebration in Vegas

Pros: My favorite was how nice and helpful the staff was.
Cons: Adjust the arms on the doors. I understand the need for the door to close to keep the facility secure and some of the doors slam.
Location: When in town you have to eat at Mr. Mama's! This is a Must!
While in Vegas celebrating my birthday we stayed here and were very pleased. I booked the room online, so there was that hesitation that it may not be nice (been burned before) however the facility was very nice and the staff was great! When we had questions they answered them and when we ha needs they did their best to meet those needs as quickly as possible. I would stay here again anytime!

Quiet hotel not far from action on strip

Pros: Quiet,away from strip but very much in touch with atmosphere by virtue of regular shuttle bus service.
Cons: Maybe could organise shuttle service to airport
Location: Great location,several eateries and shops within walking distance,but best to use regular shuttles which get you to the strip in about 15mins
Very welcoming and helpful staff including tour/show /events specialist.Room very clean with fridge and microwave,free Wi fi. Excellent free shuttle bus service to and from strip every hour until late,plus very sensible free grocery shuttle to stock up on provisions. All tours such as hoover dam and grand Canyon pick up from hotel and deliver back to hotel ,very convenient. Nice pool and lounging area. Would definitely recommend hotel to others.

Good place to stay away from The Strip & casinos

Pros: Outdoor pool and spa. Relaxing feel after the craziness of the city.
Location: The resort is on a main highway but is quiet. You really need a rental car to get around.
I chose this resort to spend 3 nights after a big conference, before I flew on to my next destination. I wanted to get away from the Strip and this resort was very pleasant. I enjoyed the outdoor pool & spa area and had it all to myself for an entire day - everyone else must have been sightseeing or at the casinos. My room was much smaller than I was expecting, so I was glad I was travelling on my own, not trying to share it with my partner. You really need a rental car to get around. There is a strip mall about 10 mins walk away with Albertson's grocery store if you want to organize some of your own meals instead of eating out or getting deliveries.

Nice place to stay with family.

Pros: The spacious bedroom suites
Cons: Staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming.
Location: the place was approximately 4 miles from the strip. Close to the action, but in the same sense, not so close.
Nice place to stay with family. My son & I attended a UNLV graduation. The place was nice, clean, safe, & enjoyable. The rooms were very spacious. I love the kitchen area & the fact that we had our very own washer & dryer. I would love to stay here for an extended period of time.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Hotel refund policies.
Basic room. Paid in advance of booking. Booked to stay for 4 weeks. Had to cancel 1 week. Gave hotel 3 days notice prior to departure date. Hotel refused to refund any amount with regards to having to cancel last week. Personally...hidden in hotel policies or not...this is unreasonable by any booking standard.
