“Off the strip, on the money!”
Having stayed at Marriott Courtyard Hotels before, and the description of being close to the monorail appealed to me we decided to stay here. What a treat! Super clean, excellent personnel, and directly across the street from the Monorail station. I will go back. If you don't want an overpriced strip hotel, this is the place to stay.

For the late sleepers, this is the best. For independence with an unhurried agenda, this is the ultimate place.

Great hotel!! Right next to the monorail that takes you down the entire strip.
“Top Spot!”
This was our second stay with this hotel. It is in a great location to explore Las Vegas, with the monorail stop just across the street, and then nice and quiet for sleeping, resting, etc. Great size rooms with connecting doors for our family, more rare than we thought to find in our trip to the US. Will be staying again if we return one day. Thankyou Marriott!!

“Modern Cozy Hideaway in the midst of Bustling Las Vegas”
We arrived late and we were nicely greeted by the hotel staff. Room and beds were comfy and really clean. GREAT continental breakfast. Pretty pool, in quiet, serene setting. Great place for a picky traveler:)
“Just as Expected”
My stay was for business so off the strip was highly desired. The location was just across from the convention center and very easy to navigate from the airport. Everything was clean, comfortable and just as expected from a Courtyard. I will mention, that if someone wanted to also take advantage of the strip, it is very close.

Room and breakfast buffet reasonably priced for Vegas.Below average fitness facility. Free internet and printer.In-room refrigerator and decent sized room. Quiet, but only steps away from monorail--5 minutes and $5 to Strip. Across street from Convention Center
“Gives you what you really need...QUIET.”
This facility is great. Quiet and comfortable after a long night of loud, flashy, wild Vegas days and nights.
