Less than anticipated

Pros: Convenient location, near, but off the strip
Cons: house keeping, house keeping, house keeping
The facility is typical Marriott, in general very nice. The reasons for the lower rating are: (1) On arrival and check in, we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned by house keeping since the previous guest. The desk clerk apologized and assigned us a new room. During the three night stay, house keeping was marginal at best. Bed was made, but the cleaning wasn't thorough. We don't leave a messy room, in fact we go out of our way to keep organized. The refrigerator in the room never cooled down below room temperature. The bed was exceptionally soft. While it is listed as a "Courtyard by Marriott" there isn't a courtyard. It's a typical U shaped hotel with an outdoor pool. We were attending training in the Vegas area, leaving at 6 am and returning at 9 pm or later we weren't in the mood to ask for a new room or refrigerator repairs or additional cleaning in the middle of the night, so we dealt with it. I discussed the issues at check out and the desk clerk did apologize profusely, and attempted to offer a compensation, but other than a free breakfast as we were leaving she stated because we had booked through Expedia there was nothing else she could do or offer. On the plus side, even though the hotel sits across I15 from McCarran Airport, the room is well insulated and the noise from air traffic is minimal.

too far from the strip

too far from the strip. Provided shuttle to Mandalay, but infrequent and longer waits than expected. did not provide shuttle to airport for the time of our early morning flight. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms nice.

Low key Vegas. No casino which means no cloud of smoke in the lobby. Great food, spacious lobby and nice pool. Clean rooms. If you want to go to the strip, they have a shuttle that stops at the Mandalay Bay and airport. If you hate cigarette smoke and wild crowds ... this is the place for you.

Very friendly and accommodating service. Free upgrade to fit family. Great breakfast. The room itself was feeling a bit dated but not bad. Comfy bed. Will stay there again.

I have no complaints. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. Clean room awesome service. Can't wait to visit them again. I have found my new home away from home when I'm in Vegas.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the strip and I did not want to stay at a loud, expensive hotel.The service was great from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Oh, and the complimentary shuttle was a plus.

Good for last night in Vegas

Family stayed last night in Vegas, hotel was clean went to the cafe and food was good. Only thing that bothered us was the airplane noise but it was close to the airport and that's what we wanted.
