Convenient to Airport

Pros: OOOPS. I think I answered this above.
Cons: The showerhead. My preference is one that is removable.
Location: The hotel is convenient to major casinos and a short ride to the airport. Good location.
I was impressed with the lobby and the room was satisfactory in all ways. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the front desk and the waiter, Jeff, who was both professional and friendly. Brunch was much better than others we have experienced in our travels. There is no such thing as a "free breakfast included" because the quality is mediocre. I would rather pay for breakfast, as at the Marriott, and get quality food. And we certainly appreciated the shuttle to the airport. It made for a no-hassle trip home. Many thanks. You are all doing a good job.

Cons: Maybe hashbrowns instead of the potatoes. Toaster took long to toast.
Location: near the strip, but you had peace and quiet. we were close to Henderson and so we ventured there. new and very nice mall and plenty of places to eat
The hotel clerk greeted us warmly. Room was clean and roomy. The breakfast buffet was a little bland. Potatoes could have used seasoning. Food was a little on the cool side. But overall I would go back. It was a short distance from the strip, but was quiet and relaxing....

In a great location, near the strip, but very more cheap, with a good free wifi, good swimming pool, and a great staff

Convenient location away from the Strip.

Pros: Breakfast was great and affordable.
Location: Location was convenient for getting on and off the freeway. Also a short drive to the casinos and area attractions.
Very pleasant stay with very friendly and courteous staff. Shuttle to New York Hotel and Casino was great alternative to driving. Room was comfortable but due to location on the south side of building, the noise of planes taking off made it difficult to sleep late in the morning. Would recommend room on north side of building. Would have also liked an option for dining at the hotel to avoid going out for dinner.

Excellent hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was at a 5 stars hotel the first 2 days at Las Vegas and then switched to this one. Actually, the hotel condition is great. Very clean, comfortable and nice hotel. I will definitively come back and stay at this place again

Less than anticipated

Pros: Convenient location, near, but off the strip

The facility is typical Marriott, in general very nice. The reasons for the lower rating are: (1) On arrival and check in, we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned by house keeping since the previous guest. The desk clerk apologized and assigned us a new room. During the three night stay, house keeping was marginal at best. Bed was made, but the cleaning wasn't thorough. We don't leave a messy room, in fact we go out of our way to keep organized. The refrigerator in the room never cooled down below room temperature. The bed was exceptionally soft. While it is listed as a "Courtyard by Marriott" there isn't a courtyard. It's a typical U shaped hotel with an outdoor pool. We were attending training in the Vegas area, leaving at 6 am and returning at 9 pm or later we weren't in the mood to ask for a new room or refrigerator repairs or additional cleaning in the middle of the night, so we dealt with it. I discussed the issues at check out and the desk clerk did apologize profusely, and attempted to offer a compensation, but other than a free breakfast as we were leaving she stated because we had booked through Expedia there was nothing else she could do or offer. On the plus side, even though the hotel sits across I15 from McCarran Airport, the room is well insulated and the noise from air traffic is minimal.
