Ok place for short stay.Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: On the strip south and near airport rental car return.
Cons: Table(s) and Umbrellas at pool.
Location: The strip and malls.
The hotel was basic and ok for a short stay. The AC worked great, comfortable bed. The Queen 'suite' was kind of small.

Front desk staff were friendly but it went down hill quickly from there. Room smelled old and stuffy. Cleaning staff more interested in talking/ playing on ipad then work. Wasn't informed that the only way to get clean towels was an exchange at the front desk. ... who didn't answer calls in the morning and closes at 11pm. Would have gone to another hotel if there were rooms available

I would not recommend Crestwood Suites.Posted Jun 17, 2014
Staying @ Crestwood was ridiculous. In order to get clean towels we had to bring dirty towels down, more toilet paper we had to go to front desk and get more. They do not clean room when you stay. No bell boy. Dirty pool. Non smoking still smelled of smoke. Room still not clean from prior stay.

Get what you paid for....Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Nightly rate
Cons: Everything. It should be about servicing the guest. Not taking the money and ignoring the guest.
Not a good solution. There are better in the Las Vegas area. Hard to check in. Rooms are not great. Mattress was falling apart. Tough to get a good night of sleep... even in Vegas.

You get what you pay forPosted Jun 4, 2014
Cons: Expedia needs to list the properties correctly.
The hotel was ok. Expedia lists that the rooms have living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen. There was a kitchen, and bedroom but there was not a living room. Pretty disappointing. You had to sit on the bed to watch tv, very uncomfortable really.

Economic stayPosted May 26, 2014
Our car broke down the repairs were totaled at 800$ found a decent price so we decided to stay here. At first the room was non smoking and smelled like smoke. If decided to let the front desk know. I was moved smelled great had a fridge and a microwave so it turned out better than expected. Staff is friendly and even checked us in a bit early. For the price it is definitely good and right across the street from the outlets also close to the strip.
