Good location off strip close to mall, food,& gas

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The size of the room, the pool area, the location close to the outlet shopping mall
Cons: make sure that the rooms are ready at appointed check in, use some type of air freshener so that the room has a pleasant smell instead of a stale on
Location: in walking distance of outlet shopping mall, several restaurants, and gas stations
We were a littIe disappointed that we were not able to check in early after several calls to see if an early check in was possible. We arrived to check in and was informed that my room was still not ready. after being checked in we were very pleased with the size of the room for the price paid. The room was clean but has a stale smell in the air kind of offensive near front door / bathroom area. Over all very pleased with room

Ok place for short stay.

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: On the strip south and near airport rental car return.
Cons: Table(s) and Umbrellas at pool.
Location: The strip and malls.
The hotel was basic and ok for a short stay. The AC worked great, comfortable bed. The Queen 'suite' was kind of small.

Front desk staff were friendly but it went down hill quickly from there. Room smelled old and stuffy. Cleaning staff more interested in talking/ playing on ipad then work. Wasn't informed that the only way to get clean towels was an exchange at the front desk. ... who didn't answer calls in the morning and closes at 11pm. Would have gone to another hotel if there were rooms available

I would not recommend Crestwood Suites.

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Staying @ Crestwood was ridiculous. In order to get clean towels we had to bring dirty towels down, more toilet paper we had to go to front desk and get more. They do not clean room when you stay. No bell boy. Dirty pool. Non smoking still smelled of smoke. Room still not clean from prior stay.

Get what you paid for....

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Nightly rate
Cons: Everything. It should be about servicing the guest. Not taking the money and ignoring the guest.
Location: Airport
Not a good solution. There are better in the Las Vegas area. Hard to check in. Rooms are not great. Mattress was falling apart. Tough to get a good night of sleep... even in Vegas.

You get what you pay for

Cons: Expedia needs to list the properties correctly.
The hotel was ok. Expedia lists that the rooms have living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen. There was a kitchen, and bedroom but there was not a living room. Pretty disappointing. You had to sit on the bed to watch tv, very uncomfortable really.
