Very nice option for those looking to forego the Vegas Strip hassle. Clean rooms that were laid out well, and had every amenity needed for any kind of extended stay. Great front room, full kitchen, bathrooms, televisions, and dining room. Great experience overall.

Well appointed 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen on ground level. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Service was polite and prompt.

My family travel to Las Vegas to participate in our kids sporting tournaments. This place was a pleasant surprise, it's walking distance to strip. The grounds are well kept with visible security which made us feel safe. Our room was perfect! It was stocked with all the essentials and was clean and comfortable. I compared this to my previous stay @ Hilton Grand Vacation club and this was a far better deal. Keep everything the same including the price and we will be back for certain.

“Best Value for the Money”

My family and I rented two one bedroom suites for two days. Both rooms were very clean, recently updated with flat screen TVs and new decor. The grounds are well maintained and appropriately landscaped. The staff was professional and helpful at every encounter. Doormen/security were always in the front to assist with transportation questions. Shuttles were prompt and adhered to their schedules in going to and from the casinos. They are within walking distance but it would be a workout to walk. Overall it is an excellent value for the money.

Nice condo like apartment with everything you need. If you don't want to eat out all the time and spend a ton of money you have a full kitchen and grocery stores nearby. Washer dryer also included in units. Great for couples or families. A block and a bit from the strip. 5-10 walk. Well maintained grounds. Security at main entrance. Friendly staff. 5 pools, BBQ's outside. Overall very satisified. Would be a great place for a re-union. Will definately recommend to friends and family. We did the Grand Canyon Airplane/Bus Tour. Well worth it rather than driving and way less if you were to stay the night. Very expensive out there for food and accomodations. We flew in and out in one day totally worth in.

This place was clean and comfy. Me and my group of friends referred to our room as "home" for the weekend. I will be coming back here the next time I go to Vegas. Just be prepared for cab fares if you don't like walking to the strip.
