“Like Home, Close to the Strip”

2 bedroom condo with nice patio, 24-hour outdoor swimming pool, gated community. Shuttle took us the 1/2 mile to the strip. Also had shuttles to go grocery shopping, Fremont St, etc. Our Hoover Dam tour bus picked us up at the front gate. The comfort of a home. Since it was gated with security on the grounds, it was very safe regardless of the time of day or night. It had free parking, even though we didn't need a car.

This was a great room and a great price. There were 8(2 per room) of us so had lots of room to have happy hour! Everyone very helpful and friendly. Was worried after reading some of the reviews but was a great place to stay. Would go back for sure and recommend.

Summer Bay Resorts Las Vegas is a perfect fit for a family to enjoy all Las Vegas has to offer. Located a block off of the strip, it is a easy stroll to all the local attractions. The Resort itself was everything described on the website. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with King size beds in both rooms. It is worth the stay for the money. Highly recommended for a family.

“Great location off the strip, will be a repeat customer”

I stayed two nights here in a one-bedroom unit. The kitchen and living area were comfortable for entertaining and the large walking closet made the bedroom area less cluttered. Only drawback was small bathroom, particularly the counter, there was very little room for my toiletries and such. Very clean, plus great location for access to strip, I will recommend to friends and be a repeat customer.

“A Great Place to Stay!”

The location of this hotel is perfect. Its about a block from the strip. Everything was pretty much a 10 minute drive or less away. The service was excellent, the room had everything we could have desired, the pool and spa were great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

“Very nice resort...further off the stripe than we liked but it was worth it.”

There were 6 of us in the room. The only thing we didn't like is we rotated every 2 nights on the pull out sofa so we would of liked the lineds changed the same way. I am not to sure that they did that. We did ask for a ground floor and we recieved the second floor. We were there for 2 bowling tournaments and carring them up and down the stairs sucked. They are making changes to the resort and there for the better. Other than that we loved it there!! Loved that the pools are opened 24/7!!! We would (ARE) going back in a few years. And are hoping to stay there again!

“Summer Bay Stay”

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which didn't impact my stay. THe place was very clean, and well run. The pool near our room filled up by 10am, so we never got a chance to sit by the pool. There are no elevators-FYI. The fitness center is lacking in basic equipment such as free weights. But overall would stay here again!
