Nice resort although has a central city feel

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: Comfortable with good amenities and plenty of space.
Cons: Showerheads - the water stream is too strong
Location: Not close to the strip but a shuttle service can take you there. A rental car would help to get you around town.
Had a very comfortable relaxing stay. A memorable experience.

We had a great vacation experience at Desert Paradise Resort. The suites are spacious and very clean. The kitchens are well equipped. I would definitely stay there again

Great. Great. Great.

Pros: Room size, location, clean.
Very comfortable and large 1 bedroom condominium style. This is a timeshare resort and well maintained. It's gated and you can park your car very close to your room. There was shuttle service available also. It's no motel. Fully equipped kitchen. No maid service for short stays, but staff could not have been nicer. Easy check in / check out. Very quiet location, I stayed 2 nights on business. Very close to grocery, gas, food, shopping, etc. Excellent alternative to the large casino hotel if you want peace and quiet without the crowds, noise and smoke of the mega hotel. Pool area looked inviting. Diamond resorts runs this place, and offered a promotional 3 night stay at one of their other resorts (time share lead obviously). If they keep the rates down, I will definitely return. The only minor negative is there was a slight sewer gas smell from the bathroom sink, I only noticed it once. That can happen even in the finest property, so I wasn't too concerned. Everything else was spot on.

NICE.

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: Very clean, nice facility.
Cons: Exclude the threats of charging for missing towels, etc.
Location: You better have a car or be willing to invest time in public transportation or waiting for their shuttle schedules.
Front desk helpful at times, but not all the time.

Nice rooms. The beds were a little firm for our taste. The bedrooms are well sized and have large closets. The bathrooms are spacious and nicely finished. The kitchen is great for fixing some home cooked meals. A washer and dryer dryer are provided which saved us that mid week trip to the laundromat.

Paradise in the Desert

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Location (off the busy strip but real close to it)
Was extremely satisfied! Very nice and spacious. Full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Washer and drier, walk-in closet, (2) large flat screen TVs.. Balcony on upper level, two separate community pools and hot tubs, community game room. This should actually be classified as a condo. Unit we stayed in was just recently remodeled. Will stay here every time we visit Las Vegas!

Great Family Experience!

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: The patio was a nice surprise. It was great to eat meals out there. We didn't know there was a BBQ area - next time we come we plan on using it!
Location: There are two grocery stores within a mile. The Orleans is the closest hotel/casino and is family friendly - bowling alley and movie theater.
We traveled with 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 toddlers. Our suite was more than accommodating - there was plenty of room for all to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The kids loved being able to swim in January in their heated pool. The grounds were well maintained and staff super friendly.
