Pros: Checked out at 12:00 pm and my flight was at 9:00 pm. I stayed by rhe pool all day. Staff held my personal items and gave me pool towels for the day.
Cons: later check-out time
Location: close to the strip, airport, restaurants and all SW Las Vegas has to offer.
Great place to stay. Clean, private, beautiful surroundings. Staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Close to the strip but far away from all the madness.

Nice place, minor hiccups.

Nice room. Only issue is 1 bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, and there was no coffee pot. We had to use individual cups. All that said, it was still a nice stay.

Nice lower budget stay off the strip

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Close enough to everything. Clean. Secure. Nice people at the desk.
We were "upgraded" to a 2br and it worked out well. They kindly provided a crib (no mattress or blankets but we took - and folded up - bed linen from the extra bed. Nice full kitchen =)!! Pool is cool for kids with the "waterfall". Desk area staff are very nice. Didn't need the hard sell for time sharing but whatever. And stayed for a 2 nighter without ever seeing cleaning staff. Luckily our extra room provided extra towels so I never bothered to complain.

Great accommodations

Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: Clean, lots of space, great kitchen
Cons: Would be nice if it were closer to the strip.
I had reserved a one-bedroom king suite but they gave me a two bedroom suite instead at no additional charge. There were no less than 3 flat screen TV's in the suite and a fully functional kitchen with plates, pans and silverware. I wish we could have spent more time than the one night we booked. We will definitely be back.

'My own place' hotel .

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Quiet and clean.
Cons: Blends in well with the surroundings (easy to miss).
Location: Close to the airport and the strip. Good places to eat just short drives up and down the street.
Nice quiet hotel, close to the strip. Easy access, just pull in, walk up a few steps to the room. This felt like my own place with any necessary appliances on hand. Relaxing activities available - pool table, pools, and fitness room. The area around the hotel looked very safe as we took a little walk. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. We hope to return.

Very nice hotel and very convenient.

The hotel is located in an area with many restaurants and groceries stores. Very convenient for families who are willing to try more food options and cheaper than the strip. Staff was very friendly. Good value for money and very clean rooms.

Thank you for staying with us. We pride ourselves on our service and cleanliness, and are glad to read this is what you experienced. Being that the Desert Paradise Resort is located off of the strip it is ideal for those who like to experience Las Vegas and the Strip, but also want a more peaceful place to lay their heads at night.

Family Vacation

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: House keeping
Location: Las Vegas Strip, outlets, grocery shopping, dining,
This is the second time we book our Vegas getaway here, 1st time was a lot better than this one. The house cleaning was not done right, the carpet was really dirty and so was the kitchen floor.

Just okay, nothing special here

This was the second condo we used on this holiday and the higher priced of the two, it just did not compare to the first condo. While not horible it was not great either, poor lighting and the floor lay-out was well goofy for lack of better words. To access the bathroom you have to go through a small laundry room otherwise a lot of wasted space including a walk in closet and tiny eating area. Light switches hidden behind lamps , bathroom light took a few minutes to turn completely on? We were above a room the staff stored parts in so there was alway early morning chating just out our window and the relentless beeping from the golf karts they use. When you check in they advise you need to pick up a welcome package, they even called to remind us we hadn't. When I went I was told they normal have all kinds of freebies but they were all out, sorry?? Pool was nice, nice that they leave soap for the dishwasher and laundry and location is great. A quick drive to the strip but far enough away to be quiet if you are not next to thier service room. Not diamond stardard, its just their name!
