Best Vegas View!Posted Nov 19, 2014
We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the 51st floor and it was by far our best view! We overlooked the Paris Effil Tower and had a direct view of the Linq Observation Wheel. You could see so far! Our room was very clean and comfortable! Loved the hot tub! Best is that it is only a two minute walk through the lobby to the Miracle Mile shops were you have access to all the shopping and resturants! The pool was also amazing, loved everything about this hotel!

One bedroom suite is awesomePosted Nov 18, 2014
This is one of the nicest rooms we have ever had. It was huge, had a great view, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, and even a washer and dryer. Great location too. Staff extremely friendly. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location on the strip. Absolutely perfectPosted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Peace and quiet when I wanted peace and quiet.
Cons: A back door to access the monorail without having to endure the maddening crowds
Location: It's the Vegas strip! What isn't nearby?
Comfortable! Excellent views, and away from the crush of drunken revelers.

Great rooms, poor servicePosted Nov 11, 2014
Could not have asked for a better more confortable room. However staff at check in, check out, pool life guard and bar were lacking general service skills and courtesy Have stayed in vegas before and in comparison room was best, service was poorest

Nice hotel, not too busyPosted Nov 9, 2014
Great location, centre strip. Right on top of shops and planet Hollywood casino in the same building. Opposite the bellagio pretty much. Friendly and quiet when sleep is needed. Very secure. They don't allow anyone into the rooms lifts with a room key.

Great European style hotelPosted Nov 4, 2014
Really easy to get on the strip - probably quicker as don't have to walk through a casino and loads of tourists!

Elara luxury on a budgetPosted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Everything location, room, cleanliness and value
Cons: The concierge was not very helpful when we asked her about the buses to a helicopter flight we had booked.
Location: The shopping centre, casino and concert venues were very close
The hotel was well placed but not to close to the rowdiness of the strip if you wanted to escape. It was a lovely room with good facilities such as a coffee pot and a microwave to do snacks if you wished. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, great location, reasonable price.Posted Oct 24, 2014
This hotel is above average in an excellent location. Linked to the Planet Hollywood casino, yet far away enough to be quiet. Nice pool with available chairs at all times of the day albeit building shadows are annoying in the middle of the day. Dining facilities within the hotel are practically non-existent unless one is satisfied with in-room dining and Starbucks. Having said that, several restaurants are available close by in the connecting Miracle Mile shopping mall and of course on the Strip. Room service is rather unpredictable, twice during our one week stay, we returned to our room to get ready for dinner and the room had not been serviced. Biggest draw back and dissatisfaction was that this is a time share facility and hard selling was constant but once you get used to saying "not interested and move on" it just becomes a mild annoyance.

Wonderful suite a short walk from the Strip.Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Spacious suites that meant we could easily cook for ourselves and have a relaxing night whilst still getting that Vegas vibe,
Cons: Prepurchased drinks aren't allowed in the pool area (but Starbucks ok!) My pepsi was confiscated. Think plastic non alcoholic drinks should be ok.
Location: Ideally placed in the middle of the strip. Hundreds of Miracle Mile shops and restaurants to walk past to get to strip
Arriving by taxi, the Elaras entrance could easily be missed as it shares the entrance to the parking garage for theMiracle Mile shops. An escalator takes you to the ground level where there is a modern, clean and clutter free reception area with a bar and a Starbucks. No restaurant but a walk through the automatic doors takes you straight into the Miracle Mile complex with lots of restaurants which (in general) provided good food at much less cost than other Strip locations. Our one bedroom suite was on the 22nd floor and lived up to everything we hoped. Walking through the door there's a spacious and well equipped kitchen - unlike other suites we've stayed in the cupboards included plentiful pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The living room has a large L shaped settee plus other chairs , but the real bit of fun is the 8ft video wall that cleverly transfers your TV programmes into cinema screen size. There are floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and the bedroom. The thrill of opening them for the first time and seeing our view of the Linq and the replica Eiffel Tower was wonderful. And first thing each morning we could enjoy the same experience again as we used the Tv remote to open the blinds. Other extras include the huge double spa tub in the bedroom, and a huge bathroom with 2 sinks, a double walk in shower and a washing machine/dryer. The pool was clean and well laid out but the high rise buildings around it can limit the sun at certain times.
