We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue we had was out of the hotel’s control. There was a noisy dog next to us that kept barking. Everything else was fun.

Too much cigarette smoke in the casino area. Surprised they still allow smoking in the casino. Not pleasant for non smokers.

We decided to stay at this casino because of the nice looking pool & the central location with in walking distance to lots of things on the strip. We were extremely disappointed that the pool closed at 6p. & opened at 9a. You can’t check in until 3p. & have to check out by 11a so it gives you literally minimal time to utilize the pool if you are just staying for a night. We planned to go sit by the pool & enjoy the warm weather & in the later evening relax & unwind in the jacuzzi. We unfortunately did not get to use the pool/jacuzzi while we were there do to their hours. We were also disappointed that they don’t have coffee pots in the room like most hotels. So another thing we didn’t get to enjoy was coffee as we got moving in the morning. Vallet was also pricey but the vallet staff was very helpful & friendly same as the baggage/bell hops.

Like the property easy to get in and out, I liked the location rooks where clean, the only thing I didn’t like was that it didn’t come with a mini fridge.

The hotel was comfortable and had good security measures in place. We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. The music choice at the pool could be more varied to appeal to a larger audience.

It was a nice hotel and easy access for all the Uber pick ups. The hotel was pretty clean few hairs in the bathroom that always grosses me out. Overall, it was clean, except the bathroom area needed some help

The property is dated but it's a good place if you just need somewhere to sleep. We spent most of our time outside of this property. The worst part is all the vultures trying to sell you timeshares. We were tricked as soon as we got there as they made us think it was a part of the check-in process. Then it didn't matter how many times they saw us, we were asked three times in a row by the same person. I would give a better rating, but the experiences with the timeshare people have made it so I never want to go back to this hotel. There are so many others on the strip that do not have these people continuously harassing you.

You looking to come to Vegas on a budget this hotel is for you. The hotel is clean, didn't really go the casino. The rooms aren't anything fancy and if you want to see the strip your gonna have to pay more for the view but, when I stayed here I was only in the room to sleep. The hotel is a part of the MGM resort so you can take the air shuttle/train between hotels. Would be staying here again when I come back.

Room stayed cold. We were next to elevators and housekeepers room, heard them every morning getting there equipment. Housekeeper knocked on my door at 10:00am even with my do not disturb sign on. I'll be going somewhere else next year.

I liked the location. Should have been another 50 handicapped parking spaces at least. I had to park in the garage and there was no golf cart transport to the casino entrance. I thought it disgusting that there was no wake-up call service or coffee pot in the room. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway, you should put a sign up in the room areas asking people to keep it down. I understand that you want to squeeze every nickel you can out of us, but you went way too far. Now you have lost a recently retired customer who had plans on coming to Vegas 4 or 5 times a year. I will look elsewhere.

Upon arrival the people at the front desk were very rude. Rooms do not have a fridge or coffee maker. The girl at the checkout desk was the only person that had a smile and treated me nicely. All the rest seemed to be on a bad day.

I didn't like the fees. Prices are low but fees are high so you paid a price like a room on the Mirage but you are not in te Mirage unfortunately. No fridge in the room, no service in room

Check in and out was easy, baggage storage was convenient as our floght didnt leave for 5 hours after check out time. Excalibur may not be rhe fanciest hotel but it was comfortable.
