Excalibur Hotel Casino

Parking was miserable & we never got a complete map with parking areas in relation to where we were staying. Quite a hike & covered parking was limited in 105+ weather. No phonebooks in room or info for restaurants or entertainment outside of hotel. No available seats in pool area that didn't have to be paid for even on week day. Never found new pools shown on Expedia's website. Given $20 food credit voucher not good at their buffet & printing so small couldn't read where it was good. Was later informed it was for bars only.

The room was clean and exactly what we were expecting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was larger than I expected. Housekeeping was prompt to bring towels & blankets and the concierge was helpful with getting our boarding passes for our departing flight. There were a few minor issues like the entry light wouldn't come on, the ice bucket handle was broken, and there was no signage to indicate where the ice machine was on each floor. Spent a lot of time by the pool, but the largest pool they had was roped off and not in use during our stay. This made the pool kind of crowded, but otherwise it was nice. Do to the location on the far South end of the strip I would recommend a City Bus ticket for travel along the strip. It is a full day's walk from one end to the other if you plan to take the time to see the sites along the way. Overall we got great service and had a wonderful stay!

Loved the stay will stay there again the only thing i would change is getting a room on the 28th floor with a view of the strip great staff just loved everything about our stay and it has a nice pool area and can't wait to go back.

We stayed for 10 days, room were comfortable and clean and the beds were great. Room cleaning was always very late, elevators were not kept clean a lot of times. Food court excellent, lots of variety. Swimming pool was great, gym excellent.

Easy check-in. There is no line at the time I check in (~4 pm). The room # is confused at beginning(she didn't explain to us): if your # is 58 at 18th floor of tower I, your room # actually is 18158. The rooms (we had two rooms) are very clean. everyone likes the pillows and the beds. The AC is noise. But, we can sleep well w/o AC during the hot summer (100s/80s), maybe, the AC on the hallway is strong enough. There is no WIFI but only wired internet. It will make me happy if it has fridge and coffee maker in room. It will be nice if I can be noticed no check-out is needed when I check-in. Also, the clean staff is not supposed to open my room at early morning (9 am) even I don't put the Privacy sign on door. This is Vegas! Everyone sleeps late!

Brought my 3 boy (9, 7 & 2 1/2) for their first time and they loved the castle! The Fun Dungeon was a nice accidental fund in the hotel. :)

room was dirty. our window looked at a brick wall. we had an ajioning room the people next door whom we did not know kept on trying to open the door we call the front desk but with no results

Everything was good. But would be very nice if they would have "Wizard of OZ" machine in their casino, the one with 4 chairs and 1 big screen like in the "Wheel of fortune", that also gives you free spins. I was searching for it everywhere but couldnt find it. It is a very nice game. Also they had only one table with black Jack for $5, I would recommend to have them more. When we went to the pool there were a lot of people, towels were lying everywhere and the pool was dirty, 1,5 year ago it was much cleaner. And they used to have a water massage machine for $10. When you lie there in your clothes or swimsuit and it massages you with water but you don't get wet. It was very nice, but they don't have it anymore :( There were couple complains but besides that everything was good! And I would recommend it to a friend. And the prices are fair.
