Pros: Refrigerator & coffee pot
Cons: Carpet cleaning, air purifiers
Location: Off the strip, nearby shopping & eating.
Carpets dirty (walking in socks in room - left socks filthy), previous renters food still in the refrigerator (evidently room not cleaned since last checkout - or at least not the refrigerator). Hallways smelled between stale smoke & chemical type spray used to maybe attempt to cover the stale smoke smell.....On the up side, place is located in good area if you are utilizing the medical facilities/services nearby. Not far from the strip & has decent parking. Refrigerator & coffee pot were a definate plus!

Stay if you must

We got our room and there was no toilet paper caked the front desk. Will send it right up. We went out fir 4 hours and still no toilet paper. The front desk was vacant, and when staffed the employees acted as If bothered. I've had good experiences before with this franchise however this was much to be desired.

The Hotel was convenient and somewhat reasonable.

Pros: Everything above and all its amenities except there was no place to work out, my wife was disappointed.
Cons: Cleanliness: Chair at desk was very dirty and did utilize because of this, spots and stains, also when sheets were changed mattress was youcky.
Location: L.V. athlectic Club, CVS, Markets, Dennys was walking distance.
Hotel convenient to North L. V. , shopping, eatery, etc. It was good it had refrig., microwave, continental breakfast was great could have been enhanced with a little more. Close to CVS, Vons and other locations.

just for spending night

Faucets in bathroom were Leaking, no lotion provide. Soap was so dry, felt like it instantly dried skin after shower. There is stove but no cooking utensils or silverware. I could hear voices/sounds on the hallway from my room. no housekeeping and no 'do not distur'b tag either. It felt like I got the worst room in the hotel. Breakfast is worse than vending machine

Nice hotel, close to everything you need

Room was way better than I expected. Grocery store and restaurants really close, I would definitely stay again.

취사가 가능, 근처 마트도 가까움

Cons: 매우 좋음
Location: 근처에서 즐길 수 있는 곳은 마땅히 없슴.
취사가 가능, 식기류는 무료로 빌려줌, 근처 200미터 정도에 큰 마트가 있음, 메인 스트립과는 거리가 좀 멀음 렌트차량이 있으면 매우 좋은 위치이고, 버스를 타고 메인스트립 까지 다니기에는 좀 불편함. 걸어서 메인 스트립까지는 약 40분 이상 걸림. 이동하는것 빼고는 매우 좋음. 조식은 매우 간단함(사과, 오렌지, 오트밀, 핫쵸코, 스낵바, 커피 이렇게 있슴)

Receptionist is super nice , room is comfortable. I love the little table in the kitchen. We can sit there and eat our meal. We travel 11 days, choose two days staying here, I feel good and finally I have a small kitchen make my own healthy dinner. : ) by the way, they will provide any kitchen appliance ... Sweet...

Disappointing

Cons: Need Dishes, silverware, Pots, and Pans. Need Soap, Shampoo, and lotion.
Disappointing; Listed items are needed to improve service.

We have started a new policy where we take them out of the rooms to ensure that they are properly sanitized for the healthy and safety of our guests. Guests can call the front desk and we take them up to your room upon request. This should have been explained at the time of check in, and we apologize if it was not. The grounds needed landscaping,trash cans were overflowing, the interior is kinda old, the television got 4 channels, they said you get about 20, continental breakfast is not worth looking at,

This hotel is close to main strip, and lot of shopping places in near visicnity. Good experience.
