“East Flamingo”

it's a very comfortable hotel, you have the kitchen and everything that you need,. It's close of the strip, if you have car in 5 minutes you are in the strip. Nice Room!

I was very impressed.I was expecting something like a motel 6.But when i arrived i was taken back by the quality and friendlyness of the stakk.They went out of their way to help me navigate LasVegas streets,and GOOD places to eat.The room was alot nicer then i expected,and it had a kitchen that i did not expect.It was great.I would stay there any time that i go to Las Vegas.I highly recomend extend stay.In fact I stayed an extra week there,instead of going on to my final destination

“Very adequate”

While there are always little things of which one could complain, my experience at Extended Stay America was positive. The price was my main deciding factor, and I also appreciated that there was a kitchenette available as well as a continental breakfast. The parking was also free. It was my second stay at this hotel, and I would return again.

“Great value, nice and functional room”

If you want to stay at a quiet, clean and inexpensive place where you can do some business work and still live comfortably, this is a great choice. My room was compact, functional, and efficient, with a clean kitchenette and a nice bed. It's walking distance to the University and only a short drive to the strip. It's also a short walk to grocery store, drug store and many restaurants. Wireless Internet works well and only costs $4.99 per stay (not per day).

I would stay here again. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The in room kitchen was helpful and the pull out bed came in handy. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Not far away from the strip, but you will need drive. Really fast check in and check out. Big and quiet room. I would recommend this hotel!!

“no daily towels or trash emptying”

you get what you pay for..initially the room was clean...but we didn't know there was no room service..4 days with no clean towels or trash being emptied. had to go to the desk to ask for coffee for the tiny pot and they were out of reglar coffee. construction going on right outside the room we stayed in at night!!!!!!!!!!!! location was convenient for our purposes.

The hotel is ok, if you are going to Las Vegas and you just need a room to sleep in, then this hotel is right, but if your taking your family and are going to be in the hotel then you might need to go somewhere else.
