“Not impressed with room”
Very pleasant lady at registration desk, she made check in quick and easy. Room was run down. Wallpaper peeling, shower dripped all night. bed and pillows were OK, elevator noise in the room. Other guests on the same floor were very noisy both in the evening and the next morning. Extra charges tacked on to the expedia rate.
“totally a good deal”
very satisfied with the service, comfort and helpfulness of the staff. had some late night noise in the hallway one evening but that can happen anywhere and it did not last for an extneded period
“Great value”
The hotel is nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and the location for our visit was perfect. The hotel staff are very friendly. The only major concern was the noise level. I would definitely stay here again, but would bring a pair of earplugs.
“Great Service”
Great service from front desk to wait staff.
“Pretty decent hotel for the money.”
Fiesta Hotel was clean & comfortable.
“Scary area, great hotel & service”
I stayed at the Fiesta Henderson Casino Hotel for a business trip, most of which would be in or near Henderson with parts in the greater Las Vegas area. The hotel is on the "wrong side of the tracks", as far as the Henderson area is concerned (I wouldn't recommend walking around the outlying area) - but the hotel itself was great. Every bit as good as most hotels on the strip, though not as extravagant. Every person I met was helpful and courteous, from the front desk staff to the gift shop clerk. The restaurants - particularly the buffet - had good food at a great value and fabulous service.
“fiesta in henderson”
Easy Freeway access allows you to be anywhere in the LV area within minutes. Nice not to be around the traffic and crowds of the Strip, but that's what I wanted. Room was adequate. Again, I wasn't looking for $400 a night luxury.
“Fantastic for the money!”
Our goal was to save money by booking a hotel off of the strip and we did just that with this hotel. Don't think you skimp on a lot of the features by booking here though because this place had plenty of inside restaurants, a movie theatre, and plenty of machines to gamble on! It's not as flashy as the strip hotels, but it had everything they had at a fraction of the price! This hotel exceeded any and all expectations I had for it by far. The hotel is right off a major highway that leads right into Vegas. It's about a 15 minute drive into Las Vegas from the hotel. The room was great in size, the bed was the best hotel bed I've ever slept on, and the room was spotless. The casino had quite the smoke smell but that's just because I'm not used to smoke I think (we live in a smoke-free area of Kansas). My only complaint was that they like to skimp you on hot water. I'm not a hot water hog by any means, our showers were literally FREEZING. Once we asked them to fix it the hot water was there. Overall I was extremely satisfied with this hotel and would stay there again no questions asked!
“eljenstay”
While we were staying on the sixth floor, there was a horrid smell from the sealant they were using on the tile floors in front of the elevator. I was also unhappy with the Hotel Service Fee we were charged each day of our stay. Although we were told about the charge when we checked in, the desk agent neglected to say it was a daily fee. We never knew the purpose of the fee except that it was an unexpected cost. We liked the close availability of the 24-hour Denny's restaurant in the building, especially when we arrived hungry and tired and could get a nice breakfast before retiring for the night.
“Clean linens and towels for low price”
Skeptical husband thought it would be a dump because of the price. But we were pleased to find an older hotel that strived cleanliness. The buffet was wonderful.
