Pleasant stay at smaller hotel.

Pros: We liked the easy accessibility. The Submarine restaurant served good food!
Cons: We thought we would have breakfast at a buffet....but no buffet was available for breakfast...only lunch and dinner.
Location: We had a rental car so the hotel was close enough to the Galleria Mall and was easy to reach the Outlet Mall at the South end and the airport.
We only needed a hotel room for one night following our trip to the Grand Canyon. The Fiesta was more than adequate. Parking close to the door, easy check-in, close to elevator ----all were a plus. Unfortunately, this hotel allows smoking in the public spaces (as do most? in Nevada!!!!) Do not believe that they have a non-smoking floor. However, we were assigned a no-smoking room...which helped.

EASY TO FIND, GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION & HELPFUL EMLPOYEE STAFF
Cons: THERE WAS NEVER ENOUGH HOT WATER AT NIGHT BETWEEN 8-11 PM. WATER WAS ACTUALLY ALMOST COOL MOST NIGHTS.
Location: NEAR RELATIVES, VISITED, GRAND CANYON WEST SKY WALK, HOOVER DAM,RED ROCK CANYON, ETHEL M CHOCOLATE FACTORY, BOTANICAL GARDEN & HIGH ROLLER OBSERV.
THE ACOMODATIONS WERE GREAT. EVERYONE ON THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL, WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING, THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMEONE RIGHT THERE TO ASK IF WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE INCLUDING REGISTRATION DESK, REWARDS CENTER, SECURITY, CAFE, ETC. WE WERE WELL PLEASED. ONLY DRAWBACK, i I ALWAYS TAKE SHOWER AT NIGHT SO THE WATER IS HOT. NOT MUCH HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS BETWEEN 8-11 PM. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN. CLOSE TO ALL ATTRACTIONS. WITH SUCH A BIG SIGN, YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE ARRIVE BACK TO YOUR HOTEL.

Close to my family

The hotel was close to everything I needed to get to. The hotel was a great value; clean; friendly staff. I have only one suggestion and that is to have coffee available in the room so you don't have to leave to get your morning coffee....you can have some while you are getting ready

Pros: 1. the price was great for Vegas. It is easy to access and parking was close and convenient to check-in.
Cons: Cafe food quality.
Location: There are many casinos in the same area. Boulder dam is close by.
The room was o.k. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom sparkled and the shower was great. The a/c was very noisy. Great TV.

Pros: vegas experience was close by.
Great buffet with friendly helpful staff. Room was made up every day with fresh towels etc.We had trouble with the TV remote, but the maintenance staff came with a new one promptly. We didn't win any money, but we sure had a good time.

Well, you can easy imagine worse, but...

Posted Apr 11, 2014
Pros: It should have been cheaper...
Cons: Windows - they really should open...
Location: Location great if you drive (as I was) - otherwise far, far away for the Strip
Frindly staff and generally clean, but worn out, and with windows not opening ever - there is a feeling of air being piped through zircon over and over again... And in my room (2117) air conditioner was so loud, that you had to switch it of for the night. The air stood still...

Great hotel

Great hotel away from the strip. About 20 minutes drive from the strip but good value. Good buffet for cheap. Staff were very friendly. Only thing is the wireless wifi is for one device and there is one for plug in but the plug is old and not compatible with the new iPads
