Decent

Pros: No waiting line for check-in. Better TV channel selection than typical for casino/hotels.
Cons: Place to plug in my computer which doesn't require crawling under the desk.
Location: Very convenient to freeway. Food court in addition to hotel dining room.
Satisfied my needs for economical overnight stay. Only a stopover on longer trip and I needed a place with quick highway access for morning departure. Very quiet in hotel guest areas.

I wish I had. Heavy stale smoke smell, broken down beds, peeling wallpaper and rusty vents in bathroom. Woke up during the night to use the restroom to discover a cockroach scuttling across the floor.

Hotel was fine the café sucked

Cons: Close or turn the café over to new management. The rooms could use a little updating. There are no coffee makers or mini fridges in the rooms.
Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was great, the room was clean and I would visit again. The Café Fiesta was horrible. The staff ignored us on several occasions, the service was slow and the prices were outrageous.

Good Location

I like the location of this hotel, i.e., away from the strip yet close enough if you want to go there. I was visiting family in Boulder City so it was a good location for me. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning, however, I got up the first morning with bug bites on my arms and legs. Don't remember bugs being around the pool area where I spent my first evening upon arrival; no one else in my party got bites, so wondering if there were bed bugs causing the problem. Reported the problem. Would have liked a coffee maker and coffee in the room, and a room service menu would have been helpful.

You get what you pay for

Pros: All in one location within Casino
Cons: Too much to list - We will never stay there again.
What we paid for: Inexpensive, older bare bones room with uncomfortable bed - We got it! What we didn't pay for - 1. Housekeeping walking into our room uninvited while we were in it when a Do Not Disturb sign was hanging on the door! 2. Indifferent management when informed of said incursion with no offer of any kind to console or reconcile our new fear caused by lack of security and obviously really, really poor management of staff. What we didn't expect at any price - 1. No coffee maker. 2. Broken hair dryer 3. No bathroom ventilation fan. 4. Very limited bathroom paper supplies. 4. Loud and noisy housekeeping staff when cleaning adjacent rooms and hallway.

This hotel is simply a casino with rooms. There was no hotel lobby or place where one can sit other than the casino or restaurants. The rooms are not soundproofed so next-door discussions could be clearly heard. There was no room or hotel information available in the rooms, no bedspread and the HVAC unit is quite noisy. Altogether this hotel stay was a forgettable experience.

Dated and noisy

Dated rooms, minimal dining choices. Loud, and staff mediocre. If you're going for cost and need that location, don't care about the room if you have a place to flop it's fine. The bed was comfortable. I left expensive clothing items and had to search around until I found anyone who either cared or was willing to look. Their lost and found department was disinterested (including manager) and it was only after discussing with a completely different department I got anywhere. This was less than 12 hours after I left. Furthermore, we booked through Expedia and our room got bumped to something that didn't meet our needs. What has happened to customer service? I wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

A quieter place to stay in Las Vegas

A decent hotel out of the bustle of Las Vegas with clean rooms and acceptable amenities. Would have liked a little more sound insulation between rooms but as we were at the end of the hall it wasn't too much of an issue. The cafe had great prices and good food. Not as impressed with the buffet but the price was right. Received a free drink and Keno ticket as part of our room price, which was nice. Overall a nice place to stay.

Location: Go to the mall
It's hotel that I stay at because its close to the freeway and easy to get to the hotel also close to the mall.
