Good hotel on the stripPosted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: Location was central for our needs.
Cons: The bathroom could stand to be updated.
Location: We were central to get tickets to shows.
It was a good stay. Staff was most helpful. Bathroom could stand to be updated but was neat and clean.

There could be worse...but also MUCH betterPosted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: Location on the strip is pretty good and there is a monorail station connected to the hotel which is VERY convenient. Close to airport.
Cons: Bathrooms need to be updated. Bathrooms not really cleaned each day. No USB ports to recharge electronics. Overall somewhat run-down/old feeling.
Was visiting Vegas for the first time and was there for 4 nights. It was comfortable enough but would not return to this hotel.

Close to all the action!Posted Nov 26, 2014
We love the Flamingo for it's location on the strip, proximity to the shops at the LINQ and some great but more affordable restaurants. We upgraded to a remodeled room and loved it. The history of the Flamingo is pretty cool, too...check out Bugsy Siegel's memorial while you're there.

Excellent location on the stripPosted Nov 26, 2014
Excellent location on the strip, opposite Caesars Palace and Bellagio. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel rooms are large and comfy but bathrooms need updating. Perfect place to use as a base. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to spend a fortune on a hotel.

Nice, affordable hotel in the centre of the StripPosted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: The location, the nice hotel, the friendly staff, good food, great shows.
Cons: The bathrooms.
Location: It is centrally located. You can easily walk to see the outdoor "shows" --volcano eruption at the Mirage, Water fountain show at Bellagio, Pirate show
I read about long line-ups at check-in and check-out times, but we did not experience those things. Checking in did not take too long (about 15 minutes) and the staff were VERY helpful. This might be in part due to the fact that our stay was during weekdays. The rates were reasonable, and the rooms were not too bad, although we stayed at the section that was not renovated. The hotel was nice with a number of shows going on. The garden area gives you a feeling of being in the tropics, with its waterfalls, lagoons, lush greenery, flamingos and parrots. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back in the future.

Good stay I booked f15 travellers to las vegasPosted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Clean, bright and accomodating
Cons: Line-ups in registering were too long and not all the staff were told about the upgrades available. The one I had quoted me a different price.
Location: Everything is close to the Flammingo. And the buses and taxis are easily arranged.
I booked for 15 people from our small community. Some of us had never been to Las Vegas. We had a great time. Too much to see in 1 visit. Our rooms were wonderful and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the food was super. We hardly left the Flammingo for anything.

Location of hotel was perfect.Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Reasonalbly priced, great location and clean.
Location: Excellent location.Could see the Belagio water show from our room. Also right across from ceasars. We were able to visit most of the strip by just walk
We had a wonderful view of the strip from our room. Thought the Flamingo was the flashiest hotel especially at night.Centrally located on strip. Pool was great but very over crowded. Enjoyed the buffets and gambling. I would definitely stay there again.

Busy hotelPosted Nov 25, 2014
To many people . Just like being at the mall at xmas. Check in and out clerks were grouchy . Allways a line up there .. line ups in all the restraunts . Restraunts expensive . All the stores in there expensive. 9.00 for 2 bottles of water? Plumbing in the room was not good . Took a hr to fill tub .sink was plugged up . 2 Burnt out lamps .. . Kinda like mexico with all the people trying to sell shows or excusions every time u walk by . Oh and when you get home you get cool ph calls for free offers not once or twice but three times a day
