Nice hotel on the Strip

Posted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: Margaritaville, Pizza Joint. The pizza was amazing! So fresh....
Cons: Service! Competence!
Location: On the Strip around the middle.
The weather was wet and cold (Feb) so we didn't us the pool or do much outside. I didn't like the approach of the agents from Wyndam Hotels that were offering a "Free" breakfast and a $100.00 dining voucher the fee of $40.00 was to be refundable after you went to the breakfast and stayed for the pitch on Time share! It cost us the $40.00 as we realized after that we were truly not going to go and waste our time on something we were not going to do. We only had a couple of days and we didn't want any time tied up on this. We felt like a target when checking in they lay in wait for the next unsuspecting victim. These people were stationed right were you go to the elevators so you can't get by without them seeing you. Really not happy with that...Our room had a great view of Caesars Palace right across the road. Internet didn't work, our friends had a leak in their bathroom that was repaired however, the maintenance person used All their towels and they had a time to get clean ones. No one came to clean up the mess after the repair, they did get clean towels and the person that brought them said she didn't clean bathrooms so, our friends cleaned it themselves. Which I felt wasn't right. They also had a safe that needed to be reset, That never happened! If we were not in the next room I don't know where they would have placed their passports etc. We played the slots and had fun with that. Don't know if I would stay there again though. Hidden costs called Hotel taxes cost extra..

Posted Feb 26, 2015

Great location

Great location & nice hotel. Not as fancy as the rest of the hotels in Vegas. Does have that old Vegas feel to it. But overall a good place to stay

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros:
Cons: 청소할때 조금더 신경써줬으면 그리고 방음이 좀 많이약해요;

Run down hotel

Posted Feb 25, 2015
The flamingo is becoming a very run down trashy hotel. The ventilation system is horrible. Pump in some fresh air. The room was updated but the bathroom was horrible. Very outdated and dirty. Didn't clean the floors once while we stayed there.

Great stay, perfect location.

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Came for a girls trip and we stayed in a go luxury high roller view room. We checked in about 2 pm. One room in my group was ready and one was not, so we left our luggage at the bell desk and came back for our keys later. The wait for both was pretty quick. Our room was great. You cannot beat the rooms with that location smack in the middle of the strip for the price, and I'm pretty picky about hotels. The bed was comfortable, the air worked well, the shower was nice, there was a small refrigerator and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Right outside is a new area with restaurants, bars, and shops all leading up to the High Roller Ferris Wheel. This is a bar called squeezed that has drinks all made with fresh squeezed juices and fresh herbs. Go there! They are so nice and the drinks are light, refreshing, delicious and strong.

Enorm hohe Resort-Gebühr war eine böse Überraschun

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Die Lage
Cons: Resortfee
Location: Top Lage - alles

Pros: The central location on the strip was good. walking distances north or south very convenient.
Cons: As above.
Location: Close access to all the casinos and the sights in many of the casinos.
Area of our room was being remodeled. Rooms should not have been used in that part of the hotel. Elevators had issues at times. Other why's not bad for one of the oldest hotels and casino's. For the price, it's ok.
