Clean rooms, great central location, fun casino, great food! Favorite Cayo tequila Bar in Linq! Room was clean but disappointed it was upgraded will pay more next time and upgrade higher

Sales person inside of the hotel,big lanes for check in and out , we take more then 30 min in line .old elevators not easy access from parking lot to reception,and horrible parking lot .we never going to choose this hotel!!!!

Upgrades desperately needed

Bathrooms in terrible shape .broken panels on vanity, no fans, no coffeemakers in rooms. Hallway carpets are disgusting..dirty and falling apart!!! No evening buffet..closes at 2 pm. Would not returning yo this hotel.

Hotel staff was great. Staff in the hotel stores with the exception of the UPS store were rude and unprofessional. The hotel was not in great shape and the additional charges were ridiculous.

Service was bad...Very bad customer service... Rooms old dated and not very clean... Carpet in rooms...nasty...gave me keys to a room that people were still in...very scary...

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable and the chamber maids were very good
I was very disappointed by the way the staff were. It was a take it or leave it attitude. I have a lot of trouble walking and when we asked about the Buffet to Buffet tickets we were told that we had to purchase them at the buffet which was fine with us. We walked all the way there with great discomfort only to find that the buffet was closed at 2 p.m. Your staff should be aware of this and inform the customers. The buffet itself was a disappointment for lunch compared to other stays we have had in your hotel in the past. The lunch buffet was simply what was left over from breakfast with a green salad added. Very little to garnish the salad with and again it was a take it or leave it. As a result we decided not to purchase the buffet the next day as previously planned.

Hotel6 type room this visit!

Booked rooms through Expedia. Pictures online looked nothing like in person. It was a hotel6 type room. No rug and ugly 7x7 restroom. Ugly furniture. Comfy bed though. Stayed here before and I didn't get a room like this. Wouldn't think they even have rooms like this on the Strip.

hôtel très très bien situé au milieu du strip confort sommaire chambres propres sans plus ce n'est pas un grand palace de Las Vegas mais pour le prix ça va
