Great Central location on the Strip

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Hotel was dated. Room clean but black mold in toilet and bath tub and peeling wall paper. Old electrical and smoke detector. Great view of the Ferris Wheel. Hotel charged a manditory resort fee of $25/day above the Expedia package rate. Hertz rental car is double than Enterprise at the Westin behind the hotel. Food is expensive but everything on the Strip is. Starbucks at the Westin is 1/2 the price than beside the hotel.

amazing deal where you get exactly what you pay

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: renovations & stop smoking in the casino
Location: right on the Monorail, close to Caesars, Bellagio, the Link, & more. Central location that is very convenient
let's face it, my room was dirt cheap plus its one of the best locations on the strip, and that's in a nut-shell describes everything about the room. Yes, it was clean, but old, dated, an extremely long walk, and there's one funny thing to mention - my toilet "burped every hour or two". Large air bubbles came through the toilet bowl and sounded weird yet very funny. Good thing I didn't experience the splash during a burp! ;) I had a friend spend about twice what I did (also stayed at the Flamingo) but he was in the newer section and said everything was amazing.

Not what I expected!

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: On the strip.
Cons: Major renovation.
Fifth trip to Las Vegas and definately the last. Day 1. checked into the hotel at 1 p.m., front desk said that the room would not be ready till 4. took our luggage to the bell desk and they stored it for us. At 4 returned to the front desk and was told it still was not ready and they were putting a rush on it. At 5 returned and said yes was ready and gave us a key. Went to our room and the maid was just entering our room. she said come back around 6. Took luggage back down stairs. We paid for an upgrade room. It was nothing to write home about. Old dingy and rusted out fixtures. Was not impressed. My husband wanted to take our luggage and go to the Paris , where we have always spent out vacation at. The carpets in the hallways are worn, ripped, duct taped and dirty. Overall .. I would rate this hotel at a 2

Booked a Luxury FAB and got a dirty, rusty room

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: complete renovation
It was awful booking a Luxury FAB room and getting a damaged (door, furnitures), dirty (carpet) and rusty (towel holder, bathtub water outlet) room. And not enough we became a room prepared for handicaps. We felt upset during our stay and will not book further this hotel.

Viva Las Vegas

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: Zentrale Lage
