Don't bother

The breakfast is not much. The toilet broke and they did a quick fix. Shower faucet was hanging out. Very outdated. If your looking for somewhere to rest your head and nothing more. It works. Says free shuttle to strip but only take you to MGM for drop off. Free airport shuttle was mentioned after we checked in.

Surprise Nice resort at great rate

Pros: Wi-Fi; Air condition, Staff, Pool facilities, Close to Strip & airport, Quiet.
Cons: Towels & bathroom cleanness.
Location: Casino next block, Gas Station 2 blocks away.
Excellent rate. Nice room with comfortable air condition. Very good Wi-Fi services. Counter Receptionists are helpful & pleasant. Pool facilities are good.

Prior to my arrival to Fortune, I made several attempt to reach them by phone, their line has changed and there is no way to locate them by phone, when I arrived there, they did not have a copy of both of my reservations. unfortunately , my bank put a hold on all my transactions because I had traveled out of state and they suspected fraudulent activity. MY fiancée was able to secure the room with his bank card. The attendant was nice enough to give me my quoted rate for both rooms I made reservations for even though he could only locate one on the computer. I thought the issue had been resolved until I got home, and notice a charge for both rooms on my credit card and I didn't even use my card. I am hoping to resolve the issue amicably however I am still unable to reach this resort by phone. there are many other hotels in Las Vegas, I would stay clear of this one.

Good hotel but typical smell on third floor

It is near to las vegas strip, hotel served complimentary breakfast which was plus, but there was typical smell, i think some chinese food smell on third floor

Don't be fooled lots of hidden fees!

Great rate until we were charged $10 for early check in (2hrs earlier but room was ready and reserved) and $10 for resort fees: pool shuttle, etc. we even told them we weren't going to use those things but it didn't matter. More trash in carpet than parking lot. Jacuzzi tub dirty with knob broken. Someone else's trash and food was in the refrigerator! First time to Vegas. Was disappointed.

Pros: near to strip las vegas blvd....
Cons: expand the schedule for free rides to the blvd.....
Location: great...nice
they charge the hotels fees but my room doesnt have telephone....tv enterteinment was broken....but...overall....it was ok....

Pulled me out of bed at midnite

I was sound asleep and the front desk called after midnite waking me up. they did not process my cred and I come and reprocessing the card. I asked to do it first thing in the morning and he refused. I had to get out if bed get dressed and hike all the way to the desk. He was rude and should not have made me get out if bed for their mistake
