Kids loved the hotel

Posted Jul 29, 2015
We got to the hotel around seven. Our children saw the hotel pool and hot tub and were so excited till we heard the pool closed at seven. We had to leave early the next day so they wouldn't be able to try out the pool. I asked at the front desk and the lady said as long as there wasn't a chain around, they could go in. They swam and had fun till after eight. The pool fountain turned off shortly after eight. They also had a pool table, so our boys played two games of pool. The rooms were very spacious, but could use some renos to keep it updated. In the morning our youngest was very sad because he didn't want to leave the hotel. He said it was the best hotel ever.

Great place to stay if everyone else is booked up

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Checking out.
Cons: Everything. From check-in to everything else in this place.
Location: Near the strip, but still a good walk if you were to try that.
It is near the strip if that interests you. They provide you transportation to the strip to drop you off, but don't pick you up. I showed up and had to park about a block away just to check in. I was in line for 20 minutes to check in. I needed to use the restroom badly and they keep their lobby restroom locked and won't unlock it. I got my key and went to my building. They are so cheap that in the summer they don't turn on air before you come. I showed up at midnight and my room was 120 degrees. I started the A/C, but it took until 2:00 am to cool down. They don't start serving breakfast until 7:00 am. It was a dumb breakfast with unpleasant selections. The bed and pillows were fine, but not enjoyed since it was so hot. The restroom never did cool and that made using it very unpleasant. They charge a $10 resort fee, but that's not uncommon in Vegas. I just can't see what my "resort" (and that word is used VERY loosely) fee was used to benefit me in any way. Why not just charge it in the room cost? Some places you stay at you get something for your fee. Like a DVD kiosk you can rent from, free waters or the like. This place? $10 and I got a boiling room and late breakfast.

You get what you pay for

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: cheap price
Cons: The towels, the AC, the shuttle service, the breakfast, the wifi, the parking
This is a very inexpensive room rate for Vegas and it is a place to sleep. First of all what they don't tell you is that you have to put down a $100 deposit on your room in CASH that you get back when you check out after they go and inspect your room, so bring cash or you won't get your keys. Once in the room the AC sort of worked, but we had to get the curtains out of the way first, but it was a battle the whole time and it's July and it's hot. The towels we named the "exfoliating towels" because when you dry yourself with them they take a layer of skin with them because of how rough they are. The free wifi sort of worked most of the time but it's really weak. Parking is a joke, ended up parking most of the time in the red fire lane and why not that's where the staff park anyway. Part of the resort fee is for free shuttle to the strip. Well we were told they shut it down and only doing airport runs and it's on average at least an hour wait for a taxi so just figure out how to drive yourself. The breakfast is frozen waffles & pancakes, boiled eggs, bread, white steamed rice and pickled radishes and Tang, yes tang. Worst breakfast ever. So is it a place to sleep in Vegas...yes, as long as you don't care about the rest of anything other than the bed. I won't stay again.

Off the strip, but close enough.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Being that I was there on business, this hotel was perfect to stay in. If you're not looking for luxury, but need a place to stay while in Vegas, this is perfect. When I got to my room initially, the sheets were filthy. Luckily for me, I brought my own sheets. Hotel staff was extremely genuine and helpful. The continental breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, watermelon, two varieties of bread, and a goes. Considering that I had to follow special diet I found that it was fine. However my husband did not appreciate it. The location is perfect. Stones throw away from the strip. Also next-door to that small but descent casino with five dollar tables. Only have to take one street to get to the 15 which leads to downtown.

Hotel near the strip

Posted Jul 25, 2015
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The room is not clean enough. The air condition sounds noisy. Even though it has a low price & include free breakfest, but the breakfest is terrible.
