Great Value

Pros: Free shuttle and free breakfast. The internet worked perfectly in my room.
Cons: The bath towels are small (about the size of a hand towel) and were very rough. A little fabric softener might help. The pillows were very small.
Location: The location is convenient to both the airport and Strip.
I was flying standby and was unable to get a seat, so I had to stay overnight. This hotel was close to the airport and reasonably priced. The room was large and comfortable.

Sketchy and unhelpful staff. Don't stay here!

Pros: The shuttle drivers were lovely and were willing to drive me to the Mandalay Bay Conference even though they were not supposed to go that far.
Cons: Staff training is really needed. There are no uniforms and the staff doesn't care or give the same answers to questions.
Location: It is right next to the Tuscany Hotel and Casino and a gentleman's club. Its 1 mile from the strip.
First off, just getting a hold of the staff is difficult. The receptionist is a young guy that is never in uniform and doesn't care. He literally just won't pick up the phone and there is no message machine. The hotel is 'near' the strip but their complimentary shuttle only runs 7am-10pm and won't pick you up from the strip. The whole place has a weird moldy smell and there were rusty gashes in the skin. Even if you are willing to ignore all this I don't think its worth the cost and I only paid $85 for two nights. All in all, it failed my test (no triangle fold in the toilet paper) and as a young woman traveling alone I did not feel safe.

Not my cup of tea.

Pros: Walking distance to the strip. The Lobby was well maintained.
Cons: Better breakfast. Fix obvious problems like gauged doors.
Location: Fabulous Brazilian Restaurant across the street.
- Door to our room was gauged like someone had tried to break in. - For a non-smoking hotel, the room certainly had a cigarette smoke odor. - Breakfast was very skimpy. Boiled eggs, toast, toaster waffles & toaster pancakes.

Location: It is close to the strip, and our car was safe in the parking lot over night
It was literally the definition of flea bag motel. The room they originally put us in was so gross that we asked to be moved to a cleaner room. Well, the "cleaner" room had hair pins, and hair rubberbands on the floor, USED q-tips on the window seal, hair ALL over the bed, in between the sheets, and all over the bathroom floor and tub, and the carpet had not been cleaned in ...well...probably ever. THIS was the cleaner room they moved us too! The breakfast was a joke for even the laziest of continental breakfasts - legos and toast...period. The halls and elevators stank so bad you held your breath. The keys didn't work well, so almost daily we had to ask for our card to be rekeyed. AND to top it off, it is RIGHT next door to a gentlemens club.

Smells really bad like sewage is backing up. The place also needs to be cleaned once in awhile.

Overall ok, they could improve the cleaning

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: It is cheap, and there is a free shuttle (ok, tip is appreciated) to the strip.
Cons: clean sheets in the bed
Location: Location si a bit far from the strip, and it is reachable walking but it take some time. Anyway there is the shuttle provided by the hotel
This hotel has some interesting features, like the shuttle from and to the airport, and it is not far away from the strip. Despite what I had read about the hotel staff, it seemed kind to me and I didn't have any problem with them. For the cleaning they could do something better. the sheets in the bed had a big spot, I don't know if it was irreversible but in that case I would trash those and buy a new one, it was not so pleasant to see.

Everything is great

Posted Feb 8, 2015
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Location: 1 1/2 blocks to the strip, behind ballys, and across from Bellagio and Cromwell
I have been to this hotel for the past 5 times, and I just love the staff, and the room... so comfortable, and everything is within walking distance to the hotel

hotel ok for the price

Posted Feb 4, 2015
Pros: Shuttle service and they serve breakfast
Cons: Give you the room that you booked
Location: Location was good its not far from the strip and the shuttle take you to where you want to go
I request a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room because it smells of smoke I ask to change room but they told me they were fully booked so no more rooms were available, so I spend most of time outside my room because the smell was affecting my asthma. But the hotel was accommodating when it comes to picking you up to and from the airport and taking you to the strip and they serve breakfast in the morning, it was worth it for the price but I wish I had a non-smoking room that's my only complain.
