Good enough

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Could have been worse. Not enough parking for the guests. Had to use street parking. No housekeeping for the whole 24 hours. Definitely not a hotel to come back to.

It's ok

Posted Jun 28, 2015
The room was clean & pleasant. The swimming pool was kind of dirty. I ask for an extra towels but the front desk said that they have a shortage of towels which she already informed her manager about this. As a family of 4 we shared 2 large towels, 2 medium & 2 small which was very inconvenient for us..as well as in swimming pool area no towels in the racks..so I don't think that I will recommend this hotel to my family & friends. Just book somewhere else.

Towels? Breakfast? Security?

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: The fact that it was pet friendly, that's all! This is NOT a good hotel to bring children! Very "shady" guest flock to this hotel.
Cons: Everything, starting with management, front desk service and housekeeping. Provide more parking. Side entrance door did not latch, SECURITY?
Location: No parking, at all! Security is not a priority. The last security check, provided on the checklist on the door, was performed two weeks earlier.
Run FAST! Better off to stay in your car! - Booze bottles and trash everywhere - Thin, black stained towels Booked on line because it was the best price for a pet friendly hotel. We got two rooms as we were meeting with family in Las Vegas. This place was very disappointing. At check in, our room did not have ANY towels. After calling the front desk, twice, waiting one hour, we were provided with paper thin, stained towels. The next morning, I ask the cleaning lady in the hall for a fresh towel. She did not have any and directed me to the cleaning lady down the hall. Again, I was told she did not have any. Called the front desk, ask for the manager. He brought towels to our door. I might add one of the towels had large black stains on it. We voiced our concerns with the manager and his response was that he would fire the front desk clerk and cleaning lady. We also told the manager we found the grounds to be filthy and littered with trash and Alcohol bottles. He acted shocked and said he would take care of it. The next morning the very same "Jack Daniels" bottle, on the ground by the hotel side entrance was still there. The "Free Breakfast" consisted of the following: - Coffee - Orange cool aid, not orange juice - Toast - Frozen Pancake - White Rice - Watermelon - Boiled Eggs The pool and hot tub were filthy. The hot tub had brown scum floating on top. Towels were nowhere to be seen, just an empty rack. I ask for towels, the employee never returned.

Mediocre at best.

Posted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Close to the airport and the strip. Large room.
Cons: Bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable.
Hotel condition left some to be desired. The bed was hard as a rock, but the room was clean. When we checked in, our first room was horrible, but mistakes happen and they changed our room. The staff was super friendly and professional. Hotel location is good: Relatively close to both the strip and the airport.

Okay hotel

Posted Jun 25, 2015
Hotel was decent looking. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was horrible. Staff weren't friendly at all. The wifi in the rooms was terrible. The hotel was perfectly located close enough to the strip, walking distance. The hotel pool was nasty, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Overall the experience at this hotel was acceptable.

Always pay attention to the smiley faces.

Pros: Close to the strip.
Cons: Basic understanding of hospitality. Fix the lock on the side entry. Take the full bag of trash out of the hallway to the dumpster.
Location: Get panhandled. Watch street people. Worry about your safety.
Operated as if it were in the middle of the Las Vegas ghetto. I don`t know maybe it is.

Ok room for the money

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Had a room available
Cons: Pretty much everything
Wanted something inexpensive and not too far from the strip. The room wasn't exactly inexpensive but was kind of run down, if your picky this ain't the place for you. It's your typical overused, rundown, local getto motel Room so proceed at your own risk. I ain't too picky so it worked for me.
