Comfortable and perfect for active vegas goers

Posted Oct 18, 2014
This hotel is great. . Very clean and comfortable. Nothing crazy fancy, but that's not what we wanted. It was a warm soft bed, tv and clean bathroom. Perfect for those who gamble and want to see the town, then come back to basically recharge and go again! Right in the middle of the best freemont street action.

Nice rooms, friendly staff

Posted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: Location, price, a safe in the room and a coffeepot! We liked the "go green" deal. And they gave us the "old-fashioned" coupon book-others don't now
Cons: The room was very clean but the sink didn't drain well and the a/c filter was dirty black - you could see the black on the outside of the screen
Location: Right on Fremont so you walk outside and watch the overhead show. Go listen to Carl Ferris - the "Sax Man" on the corner most nights - he's wonderful
We stayed three nights and it was quite inexpensive, even on a Saturday night so we weren't sure what it would like. We found friendly staff, a nice room with a safe & a coffeepot, and right in the center of the downtown area. We would stay there again. We liked the "go green" deal-we didn't use maid service for the three days and earned $10 a day towards food. We could get clean towels, etc.

Old Run Down Hotel

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: The location is great however change out aluminum windows which DO NOT FILTER OUT ANY NOISE coming from Freemont.
Cons: Hotel requires major upgrade! Rooms literally falling apart; broken moldy ceramic tiles in bathroom to broken lamp shades & vent covers falling off
I'd like to share our personal experience however I see the Hotel won't post our personal details! We found this hotel completely unsatisfactory and wouldn't recommend this facility if it were the last hotel available in Las Vegas. Extremely disappointing from the condition of the room to the lack of customer service provided. Totally unsatisfactory.

The location of this hotel is amazing! I would stay here again, but it isn't as nice as the Golden Nugget.

in Freemont Street

Posted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: Location to Freemont street
Cons: Was happy to stay there.
Location: In Freemont strip with all that goes with it
Hotel in in Freemont Street so close to the action. This can be good or bad whichever way you look at it. We always have a kip late afternoon and set alarm for 1930, however at 1900 the entertainment started in Freemont street so that was our early alarm call and music goes on till 0100 so not good if you go to bed early. However hotel is self is clean but doesn't have a pool but can use pool at Binnions across the way but this is nothing special but if you want a swim its ok.

Your visit to Las Vegas is not complete - unless..

Posted Oct 9, 2014
You visit Fairmont Street. Four Queens Hotel is on Farimont street where all the action is. The hotel was older but well maintained. We had a non-smokers room. However, there was a strong smell of cigar smoke in the hall. As soon as you opened the room door, you smelled cigar smoke. But, you did not smell the smoke in the room. The room was large and comfortable.

Freemont Street Getaway!

Posted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: We liked the 4Queens because they were right on Freemont in the heart of the action, lower price with no resort or parking fee.
Cons: The bathroom really needs a thorough cleaning or re-make!! Sink/tub does not drain properly. It just doesn't feel very clean when you are in there.
Location: Lots of free outdoor entertainment going on. Easy access to all the casinos. Local bus very close by to take you to shopping or the strip.
This is an average clean hotel. Our room was very small facing the noisy side of Freemont Street on the 16th floor. The bathroom is very old looking and could use an update. We knew some of this when we booked. We booked 4 Queens because the price offered with no resort fee and their discount booklet in our search could not be found on the strip or on Freemont. Check-in and check-out was pleasant and fast. We rented a car and were able to park for free with an extremely easy in and out of the hotel. We had a great holiday! We would stay there again as long as they do not increase their room rate or add a resort fee/parking fee. We would also ask for a room not facing Freemont St. because of the noise. To 4 Queens management we can only suggest that they do something to make their bathrooms look cleaner or more up-to-date. The water in our sink and tub took a long time to drain. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment!

Fremont Experience @ Four Queens

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Cons: Typical hotel beds could be updated, but we're not terrible. Very firm, but I like mine a little softer.
Location: Gambling, food, entertainment, museum, marriage license, wedding chapels all close by. We went to get married and enjoy the weekend. Did both!
I love staying downtown where everything you need is easily accessible, even the bus stop if you want to go to the strip. I love the lights, the music, and the crowds.
