The heater fan in the room was making noise

It was a surprise to a five star rating hotel that heater fan in the room was making that big noise, hard to sleep:(

Great hotel, travelling with teenagers.

Pros: The people.
Cons: Nothing could have been improved with our stay, it was excellent.
Stayed at this hotel for Christmas, every member of staff we came across was polite helpful and charming. The service was outstanding, nothing was ever to much trouble. Stockings left on the kids beds was a super nice touch. I would recommend this hotel, it was calm and an excellent place to stay on the strip, Good access to Mandalay Bay casino and shops and restaurants. Our children only ever want to stay at a Four Seasons Hotel ?!!!! Thank You.

Quiet place on the strip

Pros: The SPA, quiet, rooms, staff, location.
Cons: I would recommend two minor things to enhance the overall great experience: 1. Chocolates at turn down every night. 2. Option to have a firmer pillow.
Location: Walk over to Mandalay Bay and take in the MJ Cirque show. Dine at Lupo and visit the casinos - Bellagio, Venetian, Ceasars, Planet Hollywood
We had a great time. The staff was friendly and very hospitable. My wife loved the SPA treatment in the hotel - 5 star and the quiet have us the right amount of time in the Vegas crazy and then the resort type feel of rest and relaxation. We will definite be bad and hopefully once the pool is reopened.

Pros: The people, the food, the restaurants, the spa, the work out facilities, the room, the view, the care they took to make sure I felt like I was ROYALTY
Location: ALL AWESOME!
Just amazing from check in, to room comfort, to dinning, to check out. All staff as friendly as long lost friends or family.

Terrible Experience!!

Pros: Room is nice.
Cons: Strongly recommend the hotel provide a car seat for their own house car. It is not convenient to walk on the strip holding a car seat.
When I checked in, the front desk educated my family that there is a house car that can take my family to any where on the strip. The next day we used the house car to our first destination Paris Hotel. I was pretty happy with the service. Second day, we requested the house car but it was occupied by another hotel guest. We told we can wait for it and we did wait for it. After about 20-25 minutes wait, the door lady found out that we were waiting for the house car, then started to give my wife and I a strong tone lecture about the child seat law. She mentioned over and over again that the driver could loose the his license if the cop see it. Then she went to tell an assistant of guest manager who nicely explained to us about the house can can't take any child without and car seat. Later that day, he sent an apology note to my family for wasted 30 minutes of my family time. I also received an apology voice mail from an assistant front desk manager and will let all the staff know about the child seat law. Few days later, there were line up by the taxi stand, behind me there was a party of five. When our taxi arrived, the hotel staff offer my family to take the house car and let party of five use our taxi. I have declined the offer as I don't need another lecture about Child seat law. Why did I get offer to ride on the house car again? Then on my check out day, front desk wanted to charge me parking fee which I didn't have a car to begin with.

Pros: 素晴らしいサービスの質の高さです。
Location: 新しくできた、タウンスクェアのショッピングセンターに 近くて便利です。サウスのアウトレットにも、近いです。
今回は、スイートに宿泊しましたが、ソファベットが、ベット使用になっていたので、到着したときに、ベルボーイに 明日はソファにしておいてと 頼んでおいていたら、きちんと、ソファになっていました。細かいフリーの飲み物の補充も きちんと指定どおりに。チェックアウトのときの荷物のピックアップの時間も 早めにきてくれました。チェックイン後の荷物も、いらいらせず、早めにお部屋に届きました。ストレスフリーの素晴らしいサービスだと思います。

lovely escape

Pros: The quietness was wonderful! Also the facility was so clean. It made us realize that we have been staying in some dirty hotels in this town!
Cons: The pool was closed for renovations which we were not informed of. It would have been nice to know prior to arrival.
Location: The resort is all of the way at the end of the Las Vegas Strip so cab rides were required to see the activity of the city. Great trip overall!
My husband and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday at the Four Seasons. The resort was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We did have a toilet that appeared to be lose from the wall and the shower was on the small side. Otherwise, it was perfect!
