Great place to stay!!

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very nice to enter a facility that was non smoking. You are always greeted by friendly staff waiting to answer any questions or get you a taxi/car to take you were ever you want to go (you don't have to wait in a line like other hotels). Pool area very nice. If you've ever been to Vegas then you already know, EVERYTHING you buy is expensive. We really enjoyed our Vegas strip view from our room. It was nice and quiet and every time we left our room maid service would come in and clean/pickup. Very impressive. Bed was a little hard. Overall great stay we would stay here again!!!

Great Stay, Great Location

Pros: The staff and the amenities are great. Location was not too far from the mix of activity on the Strip.
Location: Relatively close to much of the activity on The Strip.
The Four Seasons is an excellent brand, of course. Here you have access to The Strip, but a degree of quiet that most hotels on The Strip don't have-- even on a championship boxing weekend! Great staff, great resources, and nice amenities. The hotel worked with me for an early check-in, which may have been the Expedia VIP, or just their accommodating effort. Either way, it was very appreciated.

NOT THE FOUR SEASONS I EXPECTED

I been to many Four Seasons and the Las Vegas Location let me down. 1) As soon as I enter my room, there was Bugs on my bed and Moths flying around in my room, they did move us to another room after. 2) the Luxury Level from a Four seasons brand just does not live up to its brand here in this location.

lovely place to stay in Vegas

Remodeled since my last stay and even better if that's possible. The staff is the best--all around. Nice lobby bar too. Highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing the staff was incredible! It was so nice to have a quiet relaxing place to come back too after being in all the crazzyness of Las Vegas! The pool area is incredible and soooooo quiet. A must stay if traveling to Vegas!

Non gambling hotel but close to the strip.

Pros: A quiet haven just a few minutes away from the main strip. rooms spacious, supplied shampoo etc. tea/coffee/hairdryer/iron & board supplied. Fab beds!
Cons: Need more tea/sugar/milk in room though not a great issue. Staff need to clarify the daily deposits and resort fees at check in as caused confusion.
Location: Located near the airport. Local shop close by and minutes from main strip by way of entrance direct through to Mandalay bay hotel/casino.
We spent 7 nights in Vegas touring around the hotels, casinos and shops. Most of the main hotels have shopping malls and their own casinos which are amazing! downtown Freemont street is worth a visit. Best time is after dark as it comes alive with all sorts of street artists from spray paint artists to elvis or Olaf impersonators! Again you can shop, eat, gamble, stop to watch a live concert or just walk this small strip to take everything in. They also project the ceiling with a light/music show whis is amazing! There is a free tram from hotel Mandalay bay to the hotels Luxor and Excalibur. The tix4tonite booths are also worth a visit if you want to see a show. There are a couple situated along the strip and you can purchase event tickets at reasonable prices. We also bought a 3 day Deuce bus ticket for around $20 per person. These buses run the whole Vegas strip for 24 hours both ways and the ticket is valid for 3 days. Walgreen are the local chemists situated along the strip and also sell toiletries. ABC stores are also situated along the strip and offer gifts etc. Not all english brand cigarettes are available in Vegas shops. This goes for cigars too so may be worth bringing from home. For the ladies, my GHD's wouldn't work in our hotel due to their lower voltage so check your product before you go. We stayed at Four Seasons and could walk through to Mandalay bay, Luxor and Excalibur hotels.

The restaurant / pool need improvement

Pros: The best thing is never a line when I need to talk to the front desk staff. I never had to wait. They also allow my late checkout so we were happy.

Location: Across street, you'll find a few stores with affordable fast food, grocery etc. Taxi to airport can be expensive
The service in the restaurant Veranda is super slow, not enough staff? There are beautiful gazebos/cabanas around the pool but I was invited out unless you PAY! I think all the lounging areas and furnishings around pool should be free of charge for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is good. guests can use the restaurants in Mandalay Bay, one can also stay in 4 Seasons' side of the building for small intimate settings. The design is superb and convenient. Take the free Tram to Exclaliber then you can walk to NYNY, Paris and even Ceasar Palace.

great except fir poolside restaurant

Very nice. Room was perfect four seasons. Quiet, understated. Only complaint was service at poolside restaurant: slow service, mistakes, inattentive.

Great hotel

The Four Seasons is connected to the Mandalay Bay which overall is a great hotel too. The casino area is less claustrophobic than other places and I was glad that you didn't have to pass by there to go to your room. Very courteous staff, beautiful room and great pool area. It's less kitschy than other hotels. Happy that we were able to use the wave pool from the Mandalay. Only thing is that it is at the very south of the strip, but I didn't mind since it was really easy to take the SDX (express) and Deuce buses. I would definitely stay there again (or the Mandalay) if room rates are somewhat equal to the Mandalay's.
