Beautiful Smoke-Free Hotel

This hotel is perfect. Attentive and friendly staff, super clean, great rooms and best of all has a smoke free entrance. It is at the end of the strip so be prepared to walk or can it.

Relax in Las Vegas

Pros: Clear, quite, friendly, helpful....great staff and great rooms.
Staying at the Four Seasons is outstanding. You don't have to go through a casino to check in, to have a meal or to relax by the pool. If you want to go to a show on the Strip, it's a short walk or tram ride. Great place to go and not feel like you are in the middle of smoke and crowds, yet be only a short distance to shows and all the activities that Las Vegas offers. Staff was beyond excellent....totally outstanding.

Great Vegas hotel

Amazing staff from valets to in room dining to the concierge . My children got sick while we were there, the concierge put me in touch with a doctor. The staff came up at midnight to clean up after my daughter vomited. The concierge arranged all our show tickets. Thay met all our needs and beyond !!

Pros: The staff is very accommodating and there is always a person at the end of the phone line-rather than an automated system.
The hotel was just as nice as I remember but I was very disappointed that the pool area was under renovation. While part of the Mandalay Bay's pool was available, I was looking forward to seclusion of the Four Season's pool area and it was not available.

Pros: The view
We saw 3 shows and loved them all. All the rooms are on high floors with a great view of Las Vegas and Las Vegas Blvd.

Surpassing every expectation .

Pros: No gaming in the Four Seasons ..Room Views are the best in Vegas .Very quite hotel .
Cons: None
Location: The hotel is at the south End of the strip .It might be a trying walk for some .
In Vegas these days its uncommon to feel you have received more than your moneys worth, but at the Four Seasons I did..The hotel is beautiful ,The staff makes goes out of their way to help you .I received a call from the hotel manager every night asking me how my stay was going .The staff always addressed me by my Sir name .I saw no sign of the usual hustle and bustle I associate with a Las Vegas hotel lobby. I booked the Valley view suite for six nights , the room was spectacular.we did have a problem with the room on the second night which made it necessary to change rooms ,the manager upgraded us to the Presidential suite without hesitation .Again I cannot praise the staff enough

It is the best experience ever stayed in Vegas!

Staffers from hotel are nice and helpful. Room is very very clean, mountain view is impressive. You can sit in the sofa with a cup of coffee and watch the aircraft landing and taking off. My family enjoyed the stay. It is real 5 star hotel.

Very nice and SMOKE FREE hotel

Pros: non smoking
Cons: open the pool
We went last minute to see a concert at the MGM and chose to stay here due to it being a smoke free hotel. We are quite happy with the stay and they have a wonderful brunch & great little bar with great food and bartender in the lobby.
