Nice hotel with everything you needPosted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The old Las Vegas feel
Location: Off the Las Vegas strip and the street activities were fun to watch. The zip lining down the street was cool
The Freemont experience was great. Not a lot of shows but easy enough to get to the strip if you wanted. The light and video show above the street each night was amazing.

Don's 60th birthday gatheringPosted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: I haven't really had anything that I didn't like--
Cons: Maybe rooms could have a coffee maker and frig in the room. That would of been helpful.
Location: Location was great-- good area to be in
This was a gathering of family and friends and we all stayed at your Hotel. It is a great spot to be at on the Fremont-- centrally located. The stay was very pleasant to work with, once I figured out how to get around, it was easy to maneuver. I felt safe in the Hotel-- it is great to see so much Security around at all times. The only downfall was I thought the water in our room was very hard--, but I guess that is a little problem. All was good and we enjoyed our time at your establishment.

Nice Hotel For Fremont Street ExperiencePosted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: The breakfast and dinner buffets are great.
Cons: Rooms are getting to look a bit dated, but they are very clean and well kept.
Location: Centrally located to Fremont Street Experience and downtown attractions like to Mob Museum, Neon Boneyard and new Container Park.
We are frequent visitors to Las Vegas, and for the previous few years we have stayed downtown. We like the whole Fremont Street Experience with the closeness of the properties and the attractions being developed. The Fremont is an excellent property, centrally locates, and the Boyd properties give you a good value.

Right at Freemont district and close to VegasPosted Feb 18, 2015
Cons: Ice machines on every floor, but they do have complimentary mini refrigerators available upon request.
Location: Freemont Street experience is right there with several other hotels, down the street more bars and restaurants, Vegas strip not far either.
Booked the room a week prior to Valentines day weekend and still found a room. Overall the experience was great, right out the casino we were at Freemont street (which is a mini vegas strip) and the Vegas strip isn't far either. Great place to stay, clean rooms, great night and day life. Fixing on going back there before the year ends. I would recommend it to everyone who doesn't want to pay the high end hotels on the strip.

Awesome hotel,Posted Feb 12, 2015
Went on a girls trip. Will never stay on the strip again,$2.00 coronas 0.99 margaritas all day. So much to see and do under the canopy. Right at the corner of 4 casinos. Room was ok but we were there to change and shower so no probs. this is the true VEGAS Experience

Old HotelPosted Jan 30, 2015
Pros: Not a lot..slots tight, food ok but nothing to write home about
Cons: Downtown Fremont could be cleaned up..not a family friendly area
Location: Lots of fun things to do around downtown Vegas, people, vendors other casinos etc,
Housekeeping was subpar ,beds barely made bathroom needs redone, it is just an older hotel that needs remodeling and updated A/C . I can't imagine staying there when it was actually hot outside To be fair, we could have stayed at a newer hotel downtown, however, we choose the Fremont, our own fault..but won't be back.

Perfect place to rest a wary bodyPosted Jan 30, 2015
Pros: Downtown location
Cons: More smoke eaters or better ventilation on the casino floor.
Spent 5 nights at the Fremont and would stay again if the occasion arises. Room was clean and comfortable but the bathrooms are a little small but who spends a lot of time in the bathroom? the in wall safe is nice but having to use a key is a little unnerving for fear of losing it during the day. The Paradise Breakfast and Champagne buffets are hard to beat food and price wise. Juan and Marvin make a mean omelet and pancake. The casino table games were always busy but it's fun to play pitch BJ when a spot does open up. The front desk was able to give us a late checkout since our flight didn't leave until night time and the bell desk kept great care of our luggage while we tried one last time to hit it big before leaving. The casino cage also has safety deposit boxes to use so you don't have to walk around with any large sums of money (if you have any left on the last day).

Relaxing vacationPosted Jan 29, 2015
Pros: My handicap room was located right next to the elevator which made it very convenient. The hotel also has a good buffet.
Cons: Everything was fine
Location: Located in the midst of the Fremont St. Experience. Four other hotel casinos and a 24 hr convenience store (Walgreens) nearby.
Part of my annual vacation to Las Vegas. Stayed there for 12 nights with a $15 food credit per day which turned out to be a good package. Since I've been there often, I mostly relaxed.
