I've stayed in three different downtown hotels and this is the best. The rooms are nicely decorated and comftorable.

Stay at Fremont Hotel in Vegas DowntownPosted Jul 18, 2014
Cons: More fresh fruit choices for breakfast.
Location: Good location for street activity. Shows generally too expensive especially if you get far from stage.
Very good hotel, room was quite. Excellent restaurants in Hotel. Played many slots and tables were good. Street activity was entertaining. Treated well by staff.

Nice place to stay.Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Cool walk to other things to do/see at Fremont Experience.
Cons: Room AC is hard to control....You are freezing or too hot, if you try to lower it just a little. Could save a lot on utilities if ac upgraded.
Location: Near some fun stuff when hanging out at hotel, other casinos, shows, restaurants, ect, and easy drive down to main strip for shows or dinner.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the Valet service excellent.

Vegas vacationPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: convenient walking distance to a lot of casinos compared to the strip area.
Location: FREMONT HOTEL DOWNTOWN AREA ..Nightly Fremont experience lite show..stage shows on the mall close by..Booth for event discount tickets nearby.
Had a great time with family...We had a variety of casinos to choose from within easy walking distance. Our Catholic church was 2 blocks away. Easy walking distance. Transportation easy accessible. No really need for a car.

Location was the best part of the Fremont.Posted Jul 3, 2014
This hotel needs an update! Bad smell in hallways. Temps were over 100 outside and the air conditioner in our room couldn't keep the room cool. Elevators need cleaning and they need paint touch ups everywhere! Very disappointed! I won't stay there again.

Location: right on fremont experience downtown.
It was nice and comfortable... For the low cost per night on the weekdays, it's actually fantastic. :)

Great casino & stay.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Super employees. Near other casinos/activities.
Cons: Not much for families with younger kids. But then it's VEGAS!
Location: Four Queens, Golden Nugget, Binion's complete the other three corners with a few others down the block. Hennessey's pub had awesome band!
This is a good casino to visit. Very friendly crews & dealers. Fun slots too. If you stay here spend the little extra for an upgraded room. The regular rooms are pretty small with only one chair and small side table - no larger table. We love the downtown area & Fremont light/music show & having several places close together.

Good for the pricePosted Jun 27, 2014
Was able to get the Fremont Hotel for a great price. Good for a one night stay. Fremont Street Experince right outside the door. Bathroom needs a remodel as counter was very worn. Air conditioning was good in the room but nowhere else in the hotel.

Great location.Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: We loved the location. Plenty of places to eat or dine right on the property.
Cons: Self-parking in the hotel parking lot.
Everything you need is close by. A fun location within and outside the building. We did visit the Strip just for old times sake but returned to the Freemont after a couple of hours.
