Not super friendly; a room upgrade was offered after we were all checked in. Restaurants in the casino were not great and our room definitely had smokers in it previously.

Great room and casino, my only negative is the area, the walk from Casino to The Strip is sketchy, wouldnt do it at night.

The African American security guard at the hotel-key check point is very unprofessional and I said good morning to one of gambling dealer at the table closest to the guest elevators gave me a blank stair when I greeted her in the morning. Other than that, our stay was great. Room was very clean and the amenities they have are great. Good place to stay if you're on a budget but want to be fairly near to the strip.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable had a my hip and back hurting my neck was stiff not good.

This place was very smoky, dusty and the air quality was awful. They was doing renovations on property and was totally not relaxing. We paid 36.00 resort fees on a daily basis, and couldn't enjoy because of ventilation, dust, air quality in hotel. The restaurant TGIF, was swamped with guests waiting for over an hour because they only had 1 server and 1 bartender. This trip was not good at all

The construction continues in the building, the elevators were not working, the bathrooms pn the casino floor weren't clean, and there was a drive by shooting at the north end of the property. :(

Lots of construction in the building. Only one elevator was working at the time of check in and it took almost 20 min to get an elevator. WiFi is very spotty and little to no cell service.

It was like vacationing in a war zone.There was construction going 12 hours a day. I asked for a no smoking room. My room smells like Cheech and Chong we're giving a concert in it. The walkways and my room had this distinct smell of marijuana. No room service, sauna, food was horrible, overpriced, no delivery.

The carpeting in my room was all stained but I understand that they will be redone. Even with it being so dated I love the casino. It has lots to offer and the pit bosses are very nice.

Front desk lady was very friendly. Strong smell of air freshener when arrived. Room was clean except for carpet very worn and dingy. Okay for an overnight stay. Hallways always had a bad marijuana smell every time we walked out or to room. Very overwhelming sometimes. A reason I might not stay there again.
