Riddled with smoke! I couldn’t make my 1st night check in, so they canceled my second night without notice or refund… terrible! Never going back!

The carpeting in my room was all stained but I understand that they will be redone. Even with it being so dated I love the casino. It has lots to offer and the pit bosses are very nice.

Great place to stay! We usually stay at the Orleans but couldn't get a room there. The Gold Coast was just as good!

Front desk lady was very friendly. Strong smell of air freshener when arrived. Room was clean except for carpet very worn and dingy. Okay for an overnight stay. Hallways always had a bad marijuana smell every time we walked out or to room. Very overwhelming sometimes. A reason I might not stay there again.

The shower was nasty. They did come clean the drain/grate when we brought to their attention. There was construction going on everywhere. There was water leak on our level as well.

This place sucked. The carpet was dirty and threadbare in the rooms and even the casino. The bathrooms were filthy. One of the elevators didn’t work and the payment system at the front desk didn’t work properly. My advise is to stay elsewhere.

We were put into a newly remodeled room that was nice not much of a view but quiet and affordable..our friends were given one of the older rooms that had some issues..but when they reported the problems and they were easily upgraded to a remodeled room and were quite pleased

My A/c didn’t work properly and the bathroom shower got water all over the bathroom floor. Not sure what they were thinking with the design. Rooms are outdated by about 30 year.

The staff seemed bugged to be talked to. Tried 9 floors of vending machines before finding one that worked on the 10th. Asked for towels and sheets to be replaced while we were out and they said they would, but we came back to no towels and sheets folded on our bed for us to make up.

This is the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. How come there’re only two low pillows for two guests and the blankets are thin as F. Noisy and old hotel rooms

We didn’t realize the hotel was being remodeled. Staying for a week we might have changed to a different hotel for that many days. Lot of banging during day. Also we should have been told room cleaning needed to be requested each day. We were not told this until last day. We had our room cleaned only twice during a 7 days.
