Clean hotel stay right on Fremont St.Posted Aug 28, 2014
We stayed here for one night just to get some shut eye after a night of dancing. We stayed in a non smoking Standard size room. The room was small but very clean although it wasn't modern looking. I was very impressed by the friendly staff.

What is the resort fee for???Posted Aug 26, 2014
Cons: Include some amenities for the resort fee.
Location: Fremont Street Experience
Overall, it was adequate for a hotel of its age. The hotel offers wifi, but as far as I can tell that is it in terms of things that would be covered by a resort fee-no pool, no water, no coffee, no blowdryer. Oh, there is an iron, and in addition to the wifi, perhaps that equals the 22.50 per day resort fee.

Convenient Hotel-close to Las Vegas World MarketPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Great price and convenient to the World Market, cozy hotel. lot's of history
Cons: Carpet need changing (hallway & room. Change the tiles and grout in the bathroom area. Mirror the walls outside bathroom since it's sooooo small
Location: Right outside the hotel is a great place to walk around with lots of entertainment under a long dome. they have about 2-3 great bands & shopping area
I like small hotel or boutique hotel but this is one is very dated. Although it is a historical hotel but require a lot of repairs. The grout on the tiles in the bathroom is disgusting. It looks like it has molds so I hope they re caulk the whole bathroom. The bed and linen were clean so very happy about that. The carpeting on the hallway smelled bad and very dirty with a few large spot stains. Since it is the first hotel in LV, they should have designed it in that era but new and lively color. The colors in the room was too much. For a small room, they could apply the law of thirds. I love the restaurant Dupars, they had the best pies. I am embarrassed to recommend this to a friend. Although will recommend to someone who is looking for a good price. Altogether it is not bad to stay there if you are not too picky.

Freemont St. rocks till 2am.Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Beds were comforatable.
Cons: Triple pained window with sound barriers.
Location: Old part of town. Plenty to do . Nice reastaurants.
Great unless you actually wanted to get some sleep. My room was right over a rock and roll stage. Hotel was old and had a faint sewer smell in the hall ways.

worst hotel experience yetPosted Jul 21, 2014
Location: get away from this hotel.
i will never stay at or step into this hotel again in my life. i promise, no one i know or come in contact will either. horrible rooms, horrible service, foul bathroom, tv's stopped working at night, rude staff, no self parking, resort fee? how is this a resort? stay anywhere else! you will regret dtaying here, i promise you. if you're trying to save a buck, or get the old school Vegas vibe, go somewhere else.

Great cheap hotelPosted Jul 15, 2014
What can I say, you get what you pay for and at an average of $15 a night, who can complain? The room was small and out of date, but the bed and air conditioner were great! Recommended for all those who plan on just sleeping there.
