Only thing is that i didnt know that i should pay resort fee after checkout for two days was 40$ , front desk employes said that info about this fee was in agreement and u think nobody will read that loooong agreement , so its not fair to do that.

Nice hotel near Freemont Street.

Pros: The rooms were comfortable. The food was good.
Location: The Freemont Street was entertaining but I wouldn't take my children there.
We enjoyed Freemont Street. The Gordon Brown show was really good.

Awesome pool

My husband I stayed here for four days on our honeymoon. The staff was super nice and we were upgraded to a bigger better room. The pool is seriously awesome but it closes kind of early. The hotel is on Fremont Street which is very cool. There is a lot going on every night. We were referred by some friends to stay at The Golden Nugget downtown. It was fun but after visiting the strip one night, we realized thats more of our style. Still had fun there. The best part is the pool.

Great Customer Servie

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Friendly professional staff
Cons: No fridge in my room
Location: Great restaurants in the hotel and Freemont street is a party 24/7!
There are fancier more modern hotels in Vegas but I doubt their are friendlier places in Vegas. The customer service was top notch and they made me feel like my business was important to them and like they wanted my stay to be as comfortable and pleasing as possible. I loved it and would go back in a heartbeat! Loved the free M&M's small touches that make the difference!

Love being right on Freemont St. So much to do that is not gambling related. Lots of entertainment.

Great location downtown!

Arrived at front desk to be told that they didnt have a room for us. We insisted that she re-check..we had our reservation confirmation..after checking with someone else, miraculously our reservation appeared. Hotel was very nice but we found multiple staff members to be a bit "stuffy". Long lines at front desk frequently. Beds super comfy but all the pillows were terrible. Might check out another hotel downtown next time.

Not What We Expected

Posted Apr 30, 2015
We are Landry members and asked for our free upgrade at the time of check in. Where told that to get the upgrade we where supose to book directly with the hotel to get the upgrade. There is nothing written anywhere that says that.... The room smelled funny. Was extremely noisy from the Bass outside, but I could deal with that, cuz after all we are in Vegas. The upgrade would have put us in the Rush Tower, where we thought we were going to be staying. Newer, less smelly & less noisy. I'm use to being treated classy when I go to Vegas, Not This Trip.

We had stayed there before and liked it very much.

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: We very much like the downtown area, but think it may be time to check out a different hotel for our next visit.
Cons: See the experience statement.
Location: There is a lot to do around the area. We have taken in some of the places.
We had some problems this trip. Our room keys did not work consistently. Our son and wife were to have a king sized bed; not available when we checked in. Our other son had a room that the safe didn't work. We all had to change rooms the next day. I felt that was unacceptable. There should have been better service as we booked quite far in advance.
