Never again.

Posted May 31, 2015
The whole placed smelled like an ashtray, as many places do, but the ventilation was awful. Didn't feel safe downtown. Thought it was supposed to be renovated...everything painted musty yellow...bed was comfortable. Great pizza at the Grotto restaurant, but everything was overpriced...$10 for Keurig coffee in the room? Toilet didn't flush well...several housekeepers just walked right into room...argh.

Pros: Location! the Pool!
Cons: Don't like that they charge 22.00 a day for internet, waters and whatever else. you don't know about it until you get there and you really can't No.
We've been here a few times now and it's always been fun!

Downtown is THE BEST part of Vegas

Posted May 31, 2015
4th trip to Vegas and it was my best time! Stay downtown and visit the strip. Everything goes on Downtown. Prices in downtown are reasonable but the strip can be expensive. Must eat at Earl of Sandwhich it's a great deal download free coupon online.

Checked in about 10 o'clock at night and was very pleased to see we were compt a suite for out three night stay. The hotel and casino were nice as well with the pool. We would stay here again. Only down fall is being so far away from the big Vegas shows and clubs!

Nicer that expected

Posted May 30, 2015
Pros: Good location. Nice staff. Clean & comfortable room. Great choice of restaurants, some with great happy hour specials.
Location: We were just a few minutes walk to the Fremont Street Experience. Also public transportation to the strip & good shopping was close by.
First time back to Vegas in nearly 8 years and our first time staying downtown. There's lots to do in the area. Public transportation is close by or a short drive. Lots of new stuff to see and do. We decided to tour the Mob Museum & liked it very much. Had a snack at Nacho Daddy, it was great. Took the short drive to the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign. Enjoyed everyday there.

Excellent location to the action at Fremont St.

Posted May 30, 2015
We upgraded to the Rush Tower rooms. These rooms were quite nice, and spacious but the standard of cleanliness was lacking. Be prepared to spend extra for in-room coffee and ask for a room away from Fremont Street where it's quieter. Checkin lineup was large and checkout was easy.
